Joe Rogan (0:03)

The Joe Rogan Experience.

Jordan Peterson (0:06)

Train by day, Joe Rogan Podcast by night, all day!

No, no. I'm too vain. That's exactly right. I look back and I think, oh, those headphones are pushing up my hair. Isn't that sad? That's so sad.

Joe Rogan (0:24)

You never look back if you do.

Jordan Peterson (0:25)

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Joe Rogan (0:26)

Oh, it's the greatest thing in the world. It's freedom.

Jordan Peterson (0:28)

I have a big dent here from when a meteorite landed on me when I was a kid.

Joe Rogan (0:32)

A meteorite. Oh, funny story.

Jordan Peterson (0:34)

I know.

Joe Rogan (0:34)

I've got plenty of cuts on my head. I got them all over the place.

Jordan Peterson (0:37)

Well, you're looking pretty unscarred.

Joe Rogan (0:39)

Oh, the back of my head. I have one when I was a little kid. It's pretty big. That these one of these cranes that lifts up sewer pipes, those big concrete pipes bang me off the back of the head. Yeah.

Jordan Peterson (0:52)

Oh, yeah, that's not good.

Joe Rogan (0:53)

I was grayed out, went to the hospital.

Jordan Peterson (0:55)

Were you a different person before that experience?

Joe Rogan (0:57)

I don't know. I don't even have to talk to my mom. I was always a little wild.

Jordan Peterson (1:01)

This could be of autobiographical significance.

Joe Rogan (1:03)

Oh, there's definitely a lot of head trauma. Were you knocked out? No, no, I stayed conscious, but I got close.

Jordan Peterson (1:09)

That's the big predictor.

Joe Rogan (1:10)

I got grayed out that I came back to. I didn't completely go unconscious. So Jamie went golfing this weekend with OJ. Simpson's Golf Clubs.

Jordan Peterson (1:21)

Uh-oh. Not with OJ.,

Joe Rogan (1:23)

he's not here.

Jordan Peterson (1:24)

You should do exercise. That would be the next step.

Joe Rogan (1:27)

Jamie bought OJ. Simpson's Golf Clubs after he died.

Jordan Peterson (1:30)

This is like a childhood dream?

Joe Rogan (1:31)

No, we're just for sale. I saw them for sale.

Jordan Peterson (1:33)

I said, why not? They came in. I wanted some big grips.

Joe Rogan (1:37)

Yeah, a couple of my friends. What did Shane get? Shane got a bunch of stuff, right?

Jordan Peterson (1:41)

I talked him into buying some stuff, yeah.

Joe Rogan (1:42)

He got like scarves and ties. He bought a bunch of ties. I think scarves too. Okay, he bought a trophy. A trophy? And a Bill Clinton signed photo. And he spent thousands of dollars.

Jordan Peterson (1:51)

What was this? Was this some sort of OJ. Simpson auction? Yeah, it was like an estate sale, yeah. Yeah.

Joe Rogan (1:57)

You know, he's dead now, so you can get his stuff.

Jordan Peterson (1:59)

Right, for nothing. Pennies on the dollar.

Joe Rogan (2:03)

I mean, only people like Jamie and Shane are dumb enough to buy. It's like for a goof. It's one of those things like you're either getting it for a goof or you're a very dark person.

Jordan Peterson (2:13)

Yeah, right, right, right.

Joe Rogan (2:15)

I wouldn't want to own it even for a goof. Like if I found an OJ played pool, I wouldn't want his clue, his cue.

Jordan Peterson (2:21)

Was there cues? No, there wasn't.

Joe Rogan (2:23)

There was a weird notebook that Robert Kardashian had like handwritten stuff to him. Blood splattered on it. I was like, whoa, that might be interesting.

Jordan Peterson (2:30)

It's taking a vicious turn, Joe, already.

Joe Rogan (2:32)

Yeah, that's a dark story.

Jordan Peterson (2:34)

It is.

Joe Rogan (2:35)

Yeah.

Jordan Peterson (2:35)

Yeah, and you only know the surface of it.

Joe Rogan (2:38)

Well, it's dark in both ways. It's also dark and planted evidence. You know, there was blood at the scene of the crime that had preservative in it, allegedly, supposedly, according to Robert Kardashian and according to, I believe, the forensic scientists when they analyzed it. It matched OJ's blood, but they had to draw blood from OJ in order to determine whether or not it was his blood that was at the scene of the crime. And some of the blood found at the scene of the crime had that preservative in it that they use. They were sloppy in the 90s.

Jordan Peterson (3:09)

Compared to now.

Joe Rogan (3:10)

Well there was no DNA evidence back then. People were, cops were, there's always going to be a certain percentage of cops that just want to convict somebody regardless of the evidence. And if they're in their mind, if they believe someone's guilty, they'll do whatever they can, including planting evidence I guess. At least that's allegedly. Not that I don't think he did it. I definitely think he did it. But I also think the cops planted evidence, which is probably at least partially why he got off, you know. I think the big reason why he got off was Rodney King, right?
