22 Rankings Changes We Made This Week

You know what time it is. Pre-season games are around the corner. Padded practices have arrived. The clips, the beat writer reports, all of it is hitting your inbox at the exact same time. So it's only right for Hayden and I to make a few, and I mean just a few vital rankings changes in reaction to the news, the up charts and injuries and by a few Hayden, I think I actually have like 22 items written down that have impacted our rankings this week. It's a big show. It's time to do it.

Yeah. Everything's in big swings here. We're getting some pre-season nuggets from our reporters. We're getting players signed. I think every about Thursday, we'll have fresh rankings over on Yahoo. We'll do a version of this show. We have pre-season games to react to. This is just the first 10ish days.
There's a lot of nuggets and I think some of it is like, I believe this nugget and there's sometimes like that nugget came out and I actually disagree with it.

Stefon Diggs is now a Washington Commander. There was buzz about this for a few days, then it happened. Diggs signs with the Commanders one year up to $12 million. Simple question. Hayden, where do you rank him?

90th overall. He's my wide receiver 42 And I looked and you have him exactly at 90th overall. So we're in lockstep here. Like you said, this one's been in the process for weeks. I think since that like, usually quote that we got from the GM got kind of scratched off Brandon Nyuk, who I completely withdrew from my rankings pretty much. And then I think Diggs was like the last remaining option for them. I think treating this one as serious because Stefon Diggs in a part-time role last year, kind of more of a slot underneath guy rather than the downfield threat that he was in his absolute prime. Was still getting the job done. Obviously he was playing with Drake May, but Jaydon Daniels is a very effective quarterback. They don't have another wide receiver to be competing with. So there's a chance that Snaps goes up. I don't think he's gonna be as effective on a pro route basis. That's fine. Jaydon Daniels, there's upside here. It's just Terry McLaurin and Stefon Diggs. I would not be surprised if he's a near full-time player in around the guys that I'm ranking him next to.
