College football is back, so Hilton called on me, the superstition concierge, to make your fan rituals a reality. Need a room to match your lucky number? We got you. Wanna make sure our team doesn't wash your lucky jersey? Ooh, that smells lucky.

Hilton's unmatched hospitality can keep up with any superstition. Even a marching band wake up call at 555 in 55 seconds. Hit it! When you need a team that will do whatever it takes on game day, it matters where you stay. Hilton, for the stay.

I get so many headaches every month. It could be chronic migraine, 15 or more headache days a month, each lasting four hours or more.

SPEAKER_3 (0:37)

Botox, autobotulinum toxin A, prevents headaches in adults with chronic migraine. It's not for those who have 14 or fewer headache days a month. Prescription Botox is injected by your doctor. Effects of Botox may spread hours to weeks after injection, causing serious symptoms. Alert your doctor right away as difficulty swallowing, speaking, breathing, eye problems, or muscle weakness can be signs of a life-threatening condition. Patients with these conditions before injection are at highest risk. Side effects may include allergic reactions, neck and injection site pain, fatigue, and headache. Allergic reactions can include rash, welts, asthma symptoms, and dizziness. Don't receive Botox if there's a skin infection. Tell your doctor your medical history, muscle or nerve conditions, including ALS Lou Gehrig's disease, myasthenia gravis, or Lambert-Eton syndrome, and medications, including botulinum toxins, as these may increase the risk of serious side effects.

You cannot fix him, you cannot help him, and you cannot change him unless he wants to do that for himself.

10 things that every woman needs to know about men. And fellas, the first five might infuriate you, piss you off, but you know that they are true. Pay attention, here we go. Guys, welcome to the Bedros Keuilian Show. My name is Bedros Keuilian, and today's episode is about that. 10 things that women need to know about men. Now, before we kick this thing off, I wanna preface by putting men into two categories. I'm gonna generalize for a moment. Obviously, we are beautiful specimens, we have broad spectrums, and it wouldn't be fair to put us in two categories. But for the sake of this episode, I'm gonna put men into two categories. And those categories are nice guys and good men.

Now, if you've ever read Robert Glover's book, No More Mr. Nice Guy, you know what I'm referring to when I say nice guy. And Robert Glover is an amazing therapist, and he wrote this book, No More Mr. Nice Guy. And if you've kind of fit this profile that I give you, then you might be someone who should read this book, fellas. But ladies, if you are going to date a nice guy, you are going to marry a nice guy, you're gonna have a lot of problems in your life. On the flip side, if you want a good man, well, then you're gonna have a great life, but you are gonna experience some resistance because there's a learning curve to working with a good man. And so, how do we differentiate nice guys and good men? Simple. A nice guy is someone who's passive aggressive. On the surface, he's a nice guy. His coworkers see him as a nice guy. Maybe his family will say, oh, he's a nice guy. But just below the surface, there's this passive aggressive dude who lacks confidence. He's insecure. He maybe does not necessarily have a lot of purpose and hobbies in his life, and therefore tries to wrap himself up into you in terms of taking his identity from you and looking for purpose from you. And because of that, the nice guy does not know how to communicate well. He does not have emotional discipline, and he does not have mental toughness. And so he'll be a nice guy, but passive aggressive until something goes wrong, a fight breaks out, and that is when you see the ugly side of him, the side that will be the victim where he will guilt you and he will be very angry and aggressive in a way that is not becoming of a man. On the flip side, a good man has mental toughness and emotional discipline. He's that guy you are instinctively looking for, ladies. A good man is who you're instinctively looking for, that guy who has adventure in his heart and who can provide and protect. You're looking for that instinctively. It's just that's how it's been for tens of thousands of years. However, the nice guy also has his boundaries. He knows what he wants in life. He's got a purpose and a sense of meaning to him. And he is a leader and he will want to lead his spouse, his girlfriend, and his family.
