Wood Hawker (0:03)

Welcome on in to the Nontendo Podcast. It is a beautiful day. Actually, it was a really nice day. It was warm, almost like it was summer again, but it's not, but it's fall. And I have three gorgeous men here.

SPEAKER_2 (0:16)

Kip is back.

Wood Hawker (0:17)

Kip is back. And Bingle's back.

SPEAKER_2 (0:22)

And Bingle.

Sully (0:23)

Yeah, you missed us.

Wood Hawker (0:25)

And we're gonna talk about stuff.

I'm just not exactly 100% on time. There is so many things to talk about today. We're gonna cover... I don't know if you even know what we're talking about. Yeah.

Kip (0:49)

I'm excited to find out what you guys have to say.

Wood Hawker (0:51)

So Zesef actually, our clips editor, when I said I wanted to do this, put together a huge doc of all the games coming out next year for Switch. Because I've broken it down by category for like Nintendo stuff, third party stuff, rumors, speculation.

So yeah, I'm gonna talk about 2027, because I didn't know what else to talk about, and I like getting excited for stuff.

SPEAKER_5 (1:13)

I'm excited about it.

Wood Hawker (1:15)

I mean, I do think it's gonna be...

I think it's gonna be huge. I think it's gonna be a bigger year this year.

Sully (1:19)

It has to be.

Wood Hawker (1:20)

Yeah, it can't be much.

SPEAKER_6 (1:21)

No, we're pretty lost.

Wood Hawker (1:23)

Not that this year was bad, but I feel like all of that big stuff is still...

Sully (1:28)

On the horizon. On the horizon.

SPEAKER_5 (1:29)

It's right there though.

Once we get to through November, then boom. We'll have a year to look back on, but until then, gotta look ahead.

Wood Hawker (1:36)

Cause I thought that... Okay, I'm gonna get into it if I don't shut up.

I have one quick announcement, and that's that I have decided that the game nights that we do on Monday, I'm gonna open those up for all Patreons and all members now.

SPEAKER_7 (1:51)

Yeah, I like that. Okay.

Wood Hawker (1:53)

So we've done a few game nights now, and it's like, when I say open it up, I mean the Arcade Pass members are still gonna play with us, but then we let the VIPs watch in their little chairs.

Kip (2:07)

Sitting in the corner, having a lovely time.

Wood Hawker (2:10)

Which I wanted to do that cause I wanted to offer something more for the VIP tier than we're already offering. To be honest, we're already doing a lot for that tier, especially with physical rewards. And I want more people to be able to join and just want all the supporters to be able to watch. So whatever tier you are on Patreon, our members, you'll be able to watch the game nights from now on. We'll make the other ones available for them too.

Sully (2:30)

Yeah, exactly, we can edit them. I like that idea because I feel like we have so much fun on those game nights, like last week, some months ago.

Wood Hawker (2:35)

Yeah, that kind of clinched it cause we had so much fun on Monday playing Among Us. We had a lot of fun.

Okay, cool. That said, we have another sponsor today.

SPEAKER_5 (2:45)

Yes.

Wood Hawker (2:45)

And it's a really fun one. And I'm going to dive into it right away because then we get to have snacks for the rest of the episode. So we have TokyoTreat sponsoring today.

SPEAKER_5 (2:56)

Let's go.

Wood Hawker (2:56)

Couldn't be more excited. I have been working with TokyoTreat and Sakurako for a long time, actually.

Like this was one of the first sponsors that Bob and I did on the channel. And we used to do it all the time back on Nontendo. So it's great to have them back. But I've been doing it on Beatemups for a long time, too. So here's what we're going to do. I'm going to give Knight my phone, and he's going to float around the room and show us unboxing this stuff. And then while you guys are unboxing, while I'm unboxing, I'll talk about it a little bit. But OK, we'll do a fresh crack. Are you ready? Let's go.

Sully (3:30)

Whoa!

Wood Hawker (3:32)

Don't take time as well, because this is Halloween Fright Fest. Oh, yeah. It's all Halloween candies and snacks.

What a better time to eat candy and snacks than Halloween.

Sully (3:45)

Exactly. Especially Japanese version of Halloween.

SPEAKER_5 (3:48)

Oh!

Wood Hawker (3:49)

Night's Face lit up.

Charmander. We got some Pokemon in here. So there's also going to be KitKats every time there's exclusive KitKats.
