You have so many accomplishments in your life. You started off as a Navy Seal, and then you have done a ton of entrepreneurship, and also a writer of so many books. The Red Circle, which I think that's your memoir, correct?
And you have, I mean, 10 others. The one I have read most recently is called Puddle Jumper, Powerful Mental Techniques from a Navy Seal performance coach and father of three. So this is a parenting book, simple and proven ways to raise joyful and confident kids. Then I also read one of your fiction thrillers called Steel Fear. That's a story on an aircraft carrier. So you get a sense of the depth of your training through Steel Fear and also Puddle Jumpers. So you've done helicopter, you've done jumping out of things. I mean, I had a hard time even keeping track of that. Now you're an instructor. Now they want you to help with this course. Now you've been deployed to Afghanistan. So can you talk, just give us a run-through of like, it was thing and then thing and then thing. You do buds, then you're teaching it. And then you become an entrepreneur and now an author of so many books.
That's a lot of things to accomplish in one life. And you're not even old.

Thank you. Thank you. That's my, my joints feel much older than I am, but just all the physical abuse I've put myself through. But yeah, no, I've had a, I've had a blessed and interesting life. Lots of adversity, which, you know, I wrote a post on my sub-stock recently called Post Traumatic Growth. And I think, you know, there's, for me personally, I've taken all my adversity and chosen to learn and grow from it. From, I mean, my timeline is I was kicked out when my father at 16, but we were on a family sailing trip in the South Pacific. So it wasn't like, hey, get out of the house. It was like, get off our sailboat in Tahiti. And I had to like, find a way back to America at 16
I finished school by myself. I joined the Navy. You know, everyone told me you'll never be a Navy SEAL. No one makes it, you know? So I had to deal with all that. I was on, I started as a rescues former in helicopters. And actually, that experience influenced the book you referenced, Steel Fear, because it was a true, it was based on a true story. It wasn't a serial killer, which is what I wrote a book about. It was, we had a sexual predator on the boat that assaulted seven women and he never caught the guy. So it always stuck with me. I'm like, never, never, never caught him. And so it, because the aircraft carrier is like, it's almost like if you're at a big sporting event, right, in a stadium and like, say Michigan football game, right? If you lock down that stadium and there's a complex crime, there's no FBI in there to like investigate. You have basic security and that's what's on the aircraft carrier. You just have basic train security guards. Everyone's doing the job. So it makes, you know, a smart criminal can wreak havoc in that environment. And so that was the story that inspired Steel Fear, only I made the character a serial killer.
