The Joe Rogan Experience. Hello, Andrew Schulz.

Andrew Schulz (0:13)

Hello, Joe Rogan.

Joe Rogan (0:14)

How is the independent comedy production world treating you?

Andrew Schulz (0:17)

It's good. It's a lot more work.

Joe Rogan (0:22)

Yeah, for sure. But you cut free from the nipple.

Andrew Schulz (0:30)

We did.

Joe Rogan (0:31)

Without even mentioning names, tell me what happened. I went through taping. It was excellent.

Andrew Schulz (0:37)

Thank you.

Joe Rogan (0:38)

Thank you for coming. My pleasure.

Andrew Schulz (0:40)

And thank you for bringing Cameron.

Joe Rogan (0:41)

Yeah, I brought Cameron Haynes. My wife came.

Andrew Schulz (0:43)

Dripped in Gucci, dude.

Joe Rogan (0:44)

Yeah, he's hilarious.

Andrew Schulz (0:45)

Dude, that guy is a legend. Because I've only seen him with his shirt off and like inspirational music in the background.

Joe Rogan (0:52)

So when I...

Andrew Schulz (0:52)

Bro, I thought he was going to be like Crocodile Dundee when I met him in person, and he was just like drippin in Gucci.

Joe Rogan (0:59)

He likes Gucci.

Andrew Schulz (1:00)

He likes Gucci.

And then I remember, I remember calling you, and I was like, dude, this guy is so interesting to me. Like, what does he do? He just takes people on camping trips and stuff like that? Like, what's the thing? I think you're like, nah, I think he like moderates like pool levels in Oregon, or like moderates like water.

Joe Rogan (1:15)

Yeah, he works for the Department of Water and Power.

Andrew Schulz (1:17)

And I was like, this is a fucking fashionable...

Joe Rogan (1:19)

For now, but he's a New York Times bestselling author, so he's quitting his job.

Andrew Schulz (1:22)

Let's go, Cameron.

Joe Rogan (1:23)

Yeah, he made a lot of money off the book.

Andrew Schulz (1:24)

I told him I'm going hunting with him.

Joe Rogan (1:26)

Really?

Andrew Schulz (1:28)

He didn't respond to me.

Yeah, I just said, we're going hunting. He's like, okay.

Joe Rogan (1:33)

Yeah, that's how, he's like, okay. Like, probably people say that to him every day, you know?

Andrew Schulz (1:38)

But yeah.

Joe Rogan (1:39)

What would you hunt?

Andrew Schulz (1:40)

Oh, fuck, I don't know. I probably...

Joe Rogan (1:42)

Wild pigs is the best, because they have to kill him.

Andrew Schulz (1:48)

Yeah.

Joe Rogan (1:48)

You can eat them, they're delicious. Yeah. And it's literally an imperative. You have to, especially in Texas.

Yeah, they're everywhere. There's so many of them.

Andrew Schulz (1:57)

Yeah.

Joe Rogan (1:57)

Millions.

Andrew Schulz (1:58)

I want to camp before I hunt. First, I want to do camping, and then I'll do...

Joe Rogan (2:01)

You've never gone camping?

Andrew Schulz (2:02)

Never gone camping, no.

Joe Rogan (2:03)

Oh, you're such a city boy.

Andrew Schulz (2:04)

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Joe Rogan (2:05)

Like Lil Duval would say, city boy, city boy.

Andrew Schulz (2:08)

Duval's the best, bro.

Joe Rogan (2:10)

Yeah, it's the camping thing, I mean, you're in a fucking cloth house out there with monsters. Yeah. And that's real. A woman got killed a couple of days ago in Montana by a grizzly bear, pulled her out of her tent, mauled her.

Andrew Schulz (2:26)

You're like TMZ for that kind of shit.

Joe Rogan (2:29)

Yeah, well, I pay attention, because I go to those places.

Andrew Schulz (2:33)

Yeah, I know, it's on your radar. But like anytime this happens, I feel like you're like, oh, dude, by the way, there was an alligator attack in Orlando.

Joe Rogan (2:41)

Yeah, I've seen those too, there's a lot of those. Yeah, it's real.

We live in this bizarre sheltered world. And human beings have this interesting thought process. We only think about threats and danger and reality if it's right in front of us all the time. That's how we see the world. The stuff that's in front of us all the time, that's our reality. And so stuff like, that's why you ever see those. Because there's a great Instagram page called Torons of Yellowstone.

Torons is a tourist moron. And it's all people just getting launched into the air by buffalo.

It's just, these fucking idiots who come from like Chicago and they're used to cities and they've never really seen a buffalo and they're trying to get close for a selfie. And you know, these things are in the rut. They're trying to fuck. Game over. This is a 2000 pound giant ass animal trying to fuck and you're all there cock-blocking. And they just launch these fucking people. It's horrifying.

Andrew Schulz (3:44)

See, that's, yeah, that's what like makes me a little bit afraid of doing it.
