Well, first of all, I want to thank you for my antibody test. I'm psyched about that. Yeah.

You don't need that wacky booster.

No, no, I got that, I got that, I got a picture of it and everything.

So you must have been exposed. You've been vaccinated, but then you probably got exposed to COVID somewhere along the line recently. You said you had a day where you kind of run down.

Mike Baker (0:55)

I had a day where I was a little bit run down, and then, but I got the second of the vaccines shots was at the end of February. So that's, what, seven months.

Joe Rogan (1:06)

Yeah, it's a long time.

Mike Baker (1:07)

Yeah, it's a long time. And so, and those little lines on the, not that I understand it, I'm talking like I understand what I just looked at, but the lines on the antibody test results looked pretty damn good.

Very virile. And so, yeah.

So I think, and I've been traveling like a son of a bitch over the past three or four months. There's no way I haven't been exposed. Now, I got the boys going to school, they're coming home, and it's not like they didn't bring back every germ ever invented before the pandemic. So they're doing the same thing with COVID. So I'd have to assume at some point, yeah, I got exposed.

My kid got a regular cold recently.

Mike Baker (1:44)

Oh my God, do they still do that?

Joe Rogan (1:46)

I didn't know they were still around. She got a regular cold. I was like, this is crazy.

Mike Baker (1:50)

I know. It's like, there's so many things that are fucked up about this, but people have forgotten that every year, maybe you go out and you get your flu shot. It didn't mean you weren't gonna come down with a flu that season.

It just would be maybe a little bit better, right?

And so, but now-

But this COVID thing was sold in a different way.

Mike Baker (2:09)

Yes.

It was not sold that you're gonna get COVID, but it won't be that bad. Like Fauci was literally on TV saying, you won't get it and you won't spread it to anybody.

Mike Baker (2:20)

Right.

Joe Rogan (2:20)

Both those things are patently false.

Mike Baker (2:22)

Well, now we got President Biden wearing a mask yesterday getting a booster, so.

Joe Rogan (2:25)

Do you think he got a booster? Do you think that was a real booster?

Mike Baker (2:28)

You mentioned that before we started talking and I hadn't thought about it before, but you know what, when I watched it on TV, when I watched him getting his shot and his mask on, all I could think of was this is performance art. So the next step of performance art would be like not giving them the booster, but just giving them a shot.

Joe Rogan (2:47)

I think if they were gonna give them a booster shot, the last thing they would do is give it to them live on television. What if he dies?

What if he blacks out? What if he gets hit and faints? Because people have had very bad reactions in the moment for whatever reason.

Mike Baker (3:03)

Right, right. I think they still tell you, they give you the shot and then they'll say, stick around for 10 or 15 minutes. They want to make sure you don't fall down. So I agree because every other step of the way with any president, they're so careful. So careful about the messaging, the optics, the security issues related to it.

It would be not unheard of.

Let's put it that way. Unless Kamala Harris talked them into it. She's like, go ahead, take it, take a double. Give em a double.

I don't know, I don't think she wants a job anymore.
