All right, there's this amazing book called Getting Everything You Can Out Of All You've Got. I read it a few years ago and it changed my life.
And the reason I loved it was because it basically talks about how to get and make more money using things that you already have.
Coincidentally, today's podcast is brought to you by Business Made Simple. It's a podcast by Donald Miller, who I'm gonna tell you about in a second, but he has this amazing episode that's all related to this book and the things that I learned in this book. It's called How To Make Money With What You Already Have. It's an incredible episode. Talks about all the stuff that I learned in this book. The host is Donald Miller. I didn't know who Donald Miller was up until recently, but over the last 12 months, this is totally by coincidence. It was all separate people. They said, you have to check out Donald Miller. He's amazing. So I'm happy that he's part of HubSpot's Podcast Network. You can check it out, Business Made Simple Podcast. It's where he coaches you on how to build your business like an airplane, where the cockpit is your leadership, the body is your overhead, the right engine is your marketing, the left engine is your sales. You have to check it out. This guy's amazing. It's called Business Made Simple with Donald Miller.
Did you see what Jack did? It's crazy. I thought he meant you selling one NFT for like 100 grand.
I didn't, or however much you sold that, like what's the difference between a JPEG and an NFT thing? I didn't see that you have one for $76 million.

**Jack Butcher** (1:15)
Just put it up this morning.

**Sam Parr** (1:32)
I love it.

**Shaan Puri** (1:33)
So I have just kind of an update on my bit plow thing that I wanted to talk about. But we can do it later if we want. It doesn't have to be at the beginning.

**Sam Parr** (1:43)
Well, I would rather you lead it. And you want to talk about Jack Butcher?
We have a ton of like, this is all related. The world is so weird right now amongst our friends. I think that there's probably a tier or two above, but we are in such an odd tier where we have very close friends or you and me a little bit, but less so have made a fair amount of money on all of this new stuff happen. It's kind of crazy.

**Shaan Puri** (2:12)
So I'll say, if you're tired of us talking about Bitcoin and NFTs and all the crypto stuff, just probably not. You'll probably skip ahead to the part where we're going to talk about, you know, dictionary.com later.
So I would say we're going to show you some range today. We're going to talk about a website that's like 25 years old. And then we're going to talk about a website that's like 25 minutes old, which is BitCloud. So let's talk about Jack first. Okay, so we have a friend, Jack Butcher, who is behind this account that's kind of very popular on Twitter called Visualize Value. He himself was kind of like a designer background, so very like kind of artistic guy.
And by the way, every time I say artistic, I think I'm about to say autistic. And so I have to like, you know, catch myself each time, make sure I didn't call him autistic.

**Sam Parr** (3:02)
So it could be that too, who knows?

**Shaan Puri** (3:04)
Well, actually, the thing about Jack is he's very smooth, very low key, nicest guy in the world.

**Sam Parr** (3:10)
And so I met Jack a year ago. A year ago, I contacted him and asked him to do this design stuff. And then he was just up and coming.

**Shaan Puri** (3:18)
Right.

**Sam Parr** (3:19)
And Sarah and I, my wife, became friends with Jack and his wife.
And they spent Thanksgiving with us down here in Austin, where they just had a baby. And we've been friends with them, talking to all that stuff. And his story is that he used to live in New York City. Him and his wife, he's British, he came here 10 years ago. They shared a one-bedroom, or sorry, a studio apartment that was 400 square feet.
And they were nothing. I mean, they tried to start an agency business. It didn't go so well. And they were on their last dollar. And this was only like 18 months ago.

**Shaan Puri** (3:52)
Right. Okay. So he kind of pivots to basically saying, okay, within the agency's work that I do, the part that I like and I'm good at, and other people don't seem to like, but they really want, are these pitch decks I'm making. I'm really good at making these slides where it's just a rectangle and I communicate some information on it. And so that's where the Visualize Value brand came from, was he's just putting out like an image, a rectangle, that would take a concept and bring it to life visually. And so he started off getting popular by just taking a bunch of Naval's popular tweets, sayings, his little kind of one-liners, and he would create a graphic out of it. And he has this one graphic style. If you're on Twitter, you've seen it. It's this black and white.
