Greg the Hydrogen Man (1:41)

Well, molecular hydrogen is really just a gas. And obviously I've come to understand that to me it's actually pure light. And if you look at the sun, at the core, it's pure hydrogen. And that goes for all the stars. So hydrogen seems foundational. I mean, it's the number one thing on the periodic table that appears to be the purest substance known to man, even more pure than oxygen or any of it. In fact, I call it the ascension molecule because it literally ascends where oxygen would drop to the ground like a dead person. So there's a lot of secrets that were unveiled to me that oxygen is oxidizing, hydrogen is anti-oxidizing. This all started with medical research out of Japan. So the Japanese started to realize that everybody thought that it was inert gas that didn't really have a lot of medical value. And with me being extremely sick and my medical conditions getting worse, and it brought me to this medical data because I was always up to date on all the latest medical data. The Japanese are really at the forefront of a lot of new therapies and medicines, and it's really quite remarkable. But what they've done with hydrogen is unbelievable.

SPEAKER_5 (2:38)

Richard Syrett's Strange Planet, following the truth wherever it leads, exposing evil and corruption and the secret machinations of powerful elites. Revealing the highest strangeness beneath the surface of our supposed reality. Coming to you from the great white north and his studio beneath the stairs.

Here's Richard.

Richard Syrett (3:07)

Hey there, welcome to Strange Planet. Greg thought hydrogen therapy sounded like a scam. He had more pressing problems, tumors, heart complications, relentless pain and a body that had become his prison. At his lowest point, even pressing the television remote control could be excruciating. Then he made a promise to God, help me find the answers and I'll use them to help others.

What followed is a strange journey through a reported near-death experience, encounters with beings he struggles to describe, and an unlikely fascination with the smallest molecule in the universe. Somewhere along the way, the skeptic became Greg the Hydrogen Man. With more than 20 years working in the medical field and over a decade studying molecular hydrogen, Greg now explores the research behind an approach he credits with rebuilding his health. Today we're following him from the bedside to the boundaries of consciousness and asking how an extraordinary spiritual experience became a very earthly search for evidence.

Greg, welcome to Strange Planet. How are you?

Greg the Hydrogen Man (4:16)

Doing well, Richard. Thanks for the invite.

Richard Syrett (4:19)

So before you became the Hydrogen Man, what exactly did you do during those 20 years in the medical field?

Greg the Hydrogen Man (4:28)

Well, you know, right now, things have gone pretty wild in that regard because I'm going to be actually being a whistleblower, releasing a lot of the information that I had access to in the medical field. The problem is that I signed a lot of legal documents in the specific field that I was in.
