In the photo of him on the gurney, the ear and the nose do not match the mugshot. Visually you can see with your own eyes the difference. So this isn't something that you need to rely on any kind of series of assumptions for. You can visually examine this and see this is not the same ear. You can also look at the nose and see that there's a curvature to the body on the gurney that does not exist in the mugshot. So we know for sure that the body that is shown by the New York Post photo is not the same face as the mugshot.
