SPEAKER_1 (0:00)

Doo doo doo, doo doo doo doo.

Joe Rogan (0:04)

Good to see you, brother.

Andrew Santino (0:06)

Good to see you, brother, how are you?

Joe Rogan (0:07)

Good, man. The charcoal, it's you.

Andrew Santino (0:09)

That's me.

Joe Rogan (0:10)

I sent Santino a picture, I'll send it to you, Jamie. Have you seen it?

Andrew Santino (0:13)

It's so fucking funny.

I want residuals on that shit. What is it called, Lucky Devil, or?

Joe Rogan (0:17)

Bro, it's you.

SPEAKER_4 (0:18)

It's me.

Andrew Santino (0:19)

What's it called?

SPEAKER_4 (0:19)

It's you with a stake.

Andrew Santino (0:21)

Devil something?

Joe Rogan (0:21)

Something.

Andrew Santino (0:22)

I put it up online, I was like, this is so fucking funny. This is me with my own charcoal company called, if you're in the market for some charcoal, man, oh, jealous devil. That's what it is. That's so me.

Joe Rogan (0:33)

With that beard.

SPEAKER_5 (0:34)

Fucking steak down there with a knife.

Andrew Santino (0:36)

Jealous devil.

Joe Rogan (0:37)

Barbecue is the only truly manly way of cooking. Like nobody brags about having a baker's hat on.

Jamie (0:42)

Yeah, there it is.

Joe Rogan (0:43)

There it is.

Jealous devil. All natural hardwood. Hardwood charcoal.

Jamie (0:49)

Hardwood charcoal, bitch.

Joe Rogan (0:50)

Lump.

Andrew Santino (0:51)

There is nothing.

SPEAKER_4 (0:52)

It's a manly thing.

Andrew Santino (0:53)

Do you smoke or just?

Joe Rogan (0:54)

I use a Traeger. You know what that is? It's like a pellet grill.

Andrew Santino (0:58)

Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, pellet grill, right, yeah, yeah.

Joe Rogan (0:59)

Pellet grills are the shit, man, it's so easy.

Andrew Santino (1:01)

And then do you finish in a skillet or no?

SPEAKER_5 (1:03)

That's the way to go, right, baby?

Joe Rogan (1:05)

You know, with beef tallow. Ooh.

Andrew Santino (1:08)

What is that, what is that?

Joe Rogan (1:08)

And you know what else I use? Minced garlic and rosemary. I put rosemary in the cast iron skillet with the beef tallow. It gives like an extra.

An extra. I learned that in an Italian restaurant. I was like, what are you guys doing? And he's like, we use a rosemary.

Andrew Santino (1:25)

A rosemary.

Joe Rogan (1:26)

Rosemary on the ribeye.

Andrew Santino (1:27)

From the back, we use the rosemary.

Joe Rogan (1:28)

It's a wonderful ribeye. If I go to an Italian restaurant and the dude talks like that, I am excited.

Andrew Santino (1:34)

Yeah, I'm stoked.

Joe Rogan (1:34)

I'm more pumped.

Andrew Santino (1:35)

Yeah.

Joe Rogan (1:36)

If it's just a regular person, even if they're nice, I'm disappointed.

Andrew Santino (1:39)

Yeah. Yeah.

Joe Rogan (1:42)

It's like the nicest waiter ever. I'm like, dude, you seem like a great guy, but damn, I wish you were from Italy.

Andrew Santino (1:47)

Yeah, he's like, I'm just whipping you guys up some fettuccine Alfredo. You're like, ugh.

Nobody from Italy back there, man?

Joe Rogan (1:52)

You Malibu fuck.

That's a weird one, right? It's like Italian restaurants, particularly. Like I go to a Greek restaurant, I would hope the guy would not have an accent. He could or he couldn't, as long as I can understand him, that's great. But I don't require it. But I require it at an Italian restaurant.

Andrew Santino (2:10)

Yeah, because there's something about it that's different. And then everywhere else, Mexican. You know what I mean? Everything else is Mexican.

Chinese made by Mexicans.

Joe Rogan (2:16)

Chinese people making Mexican food, or Mexican people making Chinese food. It's always one of those weird things, you're like, huh, okay.

Andrew Santino (2:24)

Is this gonna measure up?

Joe Rogan (2:25)

You get those though, like at those, you know, those chain places.

SPEAKER_9 (2:30)

Yeah, like Panda, what's it called?

Joe Rogan (2:32)

Chang's.

No, PF. Chang's is not as much, that's like a restaurant. Like you order it, PF. Chang's is pretty fucking good.

Andrew Santino (2:38)

But that's all Mexicans cooking that shit.

Jamie (2:39)

Probably.

Joe Rogan (2:41)

There's no Chinese guy who greets you at the door.

Jamie (2:43)

You're talking Italian for a second. Have you ever been to a bucchia di beppo? Like that's-

Andrew Santino (2:48)

In college, that was my job, is valeting at bucchia di beppo.

Joe Rogan (2:50)

If you want like straight up filling old school Italian food, that's so much. Bro, they will hook you up. They try to fucking kill you.

Andrew Santino (2:59)

Wait a minute, bucchia di beppo is the Chinese food of Italian places. Do you know what I mean? Like how Chinese places give you way too much food?
