That's where you submit questions, and we give you the answers. DJ's gonna tell you how you can submit your questions.
**DJ** (0:32)
Yeah, guys, you can email these questions into askandy at andyfrisella.com. You can also click the link in the description below and submit either one of those links for your questions to be asked, or just drop them in the comments section of the Q&AF videos right here on YouTube.
**Andy Frisella** (0:47)
Is that where they do the videos?
**DJ** (0:49)
That's in the link in the description.

Okay, cool. All right, just making sure, man. All right, other times, you're gonna hear CTI. That stands for Cruise the Internet. That's our cultural show. Okay, we put the topics of the day on the screen. We talk about them. We speculate on what's going on. And then we talk about how we, the people, have to solve these problems going on in the world. Other times, we're gonna have real talk. That's just five, 20 minutes. Let me give you some real talk. And then we have what's called 75 Hard Verses. That's where people who come on the show, who've completed the 75 Hard program, talk about how they were before, how they are now, and how they use 75 Hard to regain their life. If you're unfamiliar with 75 Hard, it is the initial phase of the Live Hard program, which is the world's most popular, famous, relevant, successful mental transformation program in history. And it's free. And you can get the entire program for free at episode 208 And I highly recommend it. If you're struggling, this program will help you not struggle.
It is the ultimate get your shit together in the shortest amount of time program ever. There's also a book. The book is called The Book on Mental Toughness. You can get that at andyfrisella.com.
It has the entire Live Hard program plus a whole bunch of other information on mental toughness, why it's important, how to cultivate it, and apply it to your life. If you're unfamiliar, we are the biggest show in the world that does not run ads.
We ask very simply something in exchange for that. And that something is, help us share the show, okay? Instead of us filling your brains with 30 minutes worth of ads, we ask that you share the show. We don't grow unless you share it. So if it makes you think, if it makes you laugh, it gives you a new perspective. If you learn something, which you will, do us a favor and don't be a hoe.
**DJ** (2:38)
Share the show. All right. I mean, unless you guys want the ads.
**Andy Frisella** (2:41)
Yeah, yeah, we can just do the ads.
**DJ** (2:42)
You know what I'm saying? Yeah. What's going on, dog?
**Andy Frisella** (2:46)
Sometimes I feel stupid for not doing them.
**DJ** (2:47)
Yeah. Yeah, it's a lot of shekels out there for that, bro.
**Andy Frisella** (2:51)
Wrong word.
**DJ** (2:52)
A lot of coin out there.
**Andy Frisella** (2:53)
Unfortunately, I don't like listening to people tell me what the fuck to say or not say.
**DJ** (2:58)
Yeah.
**Andy Frisella** (2:58)
Which is not in my DNA.
**DJ** (3:00)
Yeah. No, I feel that, dude. I feel that, man.
Let's see, shit's good, man. Question. Like, what's something you would change about you, like besides the obvious? Like, what would you change?
**Andy Frisella** (3:10)
What's the obvious?
What the fuck? That sounded kind of fucked up. Is there something wrong with me I'm not aware of?
**DJ** (3:21)
Oh, shit. No, I just want to try to see if I get that over with. Yeah, dog.
Fuck, dude. I mean, let's talk about that real quick, actually. I mean, like, on the real side, you know what I'm saying? How much has Andy changed between who you are now, who sits here now versus that 19-year-old you? What's different?
**Andy Frisella** (3:39)
I don't think a lot, man.
You know, I think in the beginning, you know, I don't know, you don't know what the fuck you're doing. And there's a level of, like, fear and uncertainty and anxiousness that comes with being an entrepreneur. And I think as you get older and you start to understand what it's really all about, that subsides quite a bit or you acclimate to it. I think there's a level of, you know, confidence that I have now that I didn't have then. But I mean, I think that's natural when you've done something for as long as I have.
**DJ** (4:13)
Yeah.
**Andy Frisella** (4:16)
You know, I think I'm a little more patient, but, you know, pretty much the same dude. Like, I've kind of always been that way, dude.
