Occasionally, we're gonna have Real Talk. That's five, 20 minutes, and we're giving you some Real Talk. And then we have what's called 75 Hard Verses. And 75 Hard Verses is where we bring people on the show. We talk about what's going on, how they transform their life using the 75 Hard Program.
