Whether they're in the classroom, out on the field, or laughing with friends, kids deserve to enjoy the moments that matter most without allergies getting in the way. It's the only non-drowsy Max Strength Chewable for kids among over-the-counter oral allergy brands. Plus, they're kid-approved with a great taste. Try Claritin Jr.'s Max Strength Chewables. Claritin clears, used as directed for children 6 and older.

I love a good hair day. In fact, I am convinced that everybody feels better about themselves and about life when their hair is rocking. I do everything possible to make sure my hair is moisturized and shiny, which is where Pantene comes into play. Pantene Daily Moisture Renewal Shampoo and Conditioning System gently cleanses hair with a vitamin-rich lather with two times more nutrients with results that last over 72 hours, which is awesome because I am trying to wash my hair as little as possible. For extra moisture, detangling, power and strength against breakage, use Pantene Miracle Rescue. It's a 10 in 1 multitasking spray. For salon-quality hair, it's actually Pantene.

You got two-year-old twins? You're tired, babe. This idea of like, I want to get my life together, I want to start working out, I want to go to the friend's house, I want to go to the birthday party, I want to go to these places. When you were saying that, I was like, I get it. When my kids were little, I tried not to go anywhere that wasn't to a family party where I knew I would have help when I got there.

Because the idea, oh my God, the idea of taking four kids to some random kid's birthday party and having to deal with all my kids and a stranger's, that is a nightmare. Who thinks that's fun? That is not fun. I don't know who you, that's not fun for me. I don't want that for me. And if you don't want that for you, I don't think you need to feel weird about it. But if there are things in your life that you want to do and you don't have the energy, you don't have the capacity, or you feel overwhelmed, I would start with taking better care of yourself.

Okay guys, welcome to Ask Rach. This is one of my favorite traditions here on the podcast because I get to hear from you.

Hey Rach, Hi Rachel.

Rachel Hollis (2:52)

Every single week, you guys call the hotline, tell me what's going on in your life, and I give you real talk and tough love and the big sister energy you didn't know you always needed. So if you've got a question about life, love, work, parenting, how to find your purpose, honestly, anything, call me and spill it. 737-400-4626. And your question might just show up right here on the podcast. Let's see what the community is asking about today.

Okay, guys, given the surprising success of my podcast-y vlog that I did on Monday, I thought I would try and do Ask Rach as a video as well, or as a YouTube video component meets...

I need a word for it. Don't worry about what it's called, just know I'm doing a video again. But going along with my intention to not get in my head about it and not be a perfectionist and just get a little bit better every single day, I am literally just turning on the camera. I didn't do my hair and makeup. I typically do my Ask Rach episodes audio only, and I usually look just like I look right now, which if you're not watching this on YouTube, involves a top knot, a sweatshirt, a delicious coffee, and some questionable lighting. But I thought something's better than nothing, so here we are and we'll see if you guys enjoy this format. If not, well, again, Karen, keep that to yourself because we're trying our best. If you are not familiar with an Ask Rach episode, these are podcast episodes that involve listener questions. People call in and leave me a voicemail, like old school answering machine. They call a number and they ask me a question about anything and everything you can possibly imagine.

I have gotten so many questions over the last seven years of doing this type of content, and my intention is a couple of things. Number one, I don't ever listen to the voicemails before I answer. When you see me answering the question or when you hear me answering the question, it is legitimately what is coming to me top of mine. It's just sort of intuition or instinct in that moment. I like to say that because this isn't rehearsed or chatted through with AI. It's just a random chick you know on the internet. That's me giving you my thoughts. So if I say something that sounds interesting or really resonates, maybe try it out. And if I say something that you think sounds crazy and stupid and you're not interested in it at all, just ignore it. That is your human right. Let's see what today's first question is.
