Welcome to No Punt Intended, presented by Club Fantasy. Another week in the NFL, and this time, we actually need to discuss bi-weeks. As if the injuries weren't enough, I know you've already heard me say that if you've listened to any of our shows this week, but it's still very, very maddening. But we're not focusing on the past anymore. We are strictly focused on week five. Let's get into it.

We already have a chat full of questions, so it's going to be a very heavy question part of the show to start it off, but we'll kick it off with NFL news and notes. Looking at the Jets, Bryce Hall and Nye Mitchell do not practice today on Wednesday. Looking at the Saints, Chris Olave, Alvin Kamara do not practice today on Wednesday. Caleb Douglas, another do not practice, so looking at his third straight week of possibly missing games. Ramadre Stevenson, Mack Hollins did not practice. In Texan's world, Tameko Ryans has said he will now take over play calling duties for the Houston defense. It's been a little bit of a rough opening for that defense, a very talented and good defense. Though as Josh will tell you, they have a lacerator problem, as you've pointed out multiple times this week.

They may not have a problem at wide receiver anymore as they've activated Tank Dell from the IR. Is he working his way back from an injury that he sustained about 18 months ago? Baker Mayfield will not play Thursday night football. It will be Jalen Daniels once again. The Eagles have traded starting center Cam Juergens and a 2027 seventh to Baltimore for a fifth and a second. The second is in 2028 Lane Johnson has announced his retirement out of nowhere on Tuesday. The Eagles need a new offensive line all of a sudden. That will end Johnson's 14 year career in Philadelphia. Saquon Barkley and Tevon DeSmith also did not practice today. It's been a rough one for the Eagles. Damian Pierce activated from the practice squad.

Dallas Goddard did practice today, so hey, some good news. Maybe you guys made even the same and block a little bit. Eagles are in London against Jacksonville this week. Jaden Daniels was seen throwing at practice today. I've actually seen reports Jaden Daniels will start this week. That is Jaden Daniels of the Washington Commanders, not Jalen Daniels of the Buccaneers. They are likely both starting this week. Lamar Jackson was not at the open media portion of practice. Matt McConkey did not practice today. Joe Alt is expected to miss week five. That is the right tackle for the Chargers. Remember, their left tackle is also hurt. So not looking good for the Chargers. And remember, when this happened last year, that team fell apart. It could actually get worse than what it's already been. Odell Beckham Jr. signs with the Minnesota Practice Squad after being very unhappy with how things went down with the New York Giants. Seattle has decided not to offer Joe Mixon. This is where Josh and I just say, I told you so as we spent all of Tuesday telling you not to throw waiver bids at Joe Mixon. We hope you listened. Arizona has signed Jedrick Willis the Buffalo practice squad because they lost Parrish Johnson for the season. So, Josh, lots of injuries, lots of do not practices. We'd always tell folks don't read a ton into Wednesday do not practices. But this is a very extensive list we need to be worried about right now.
