Hello, everyone, and welcome in to an all new episode of the Belly Up Fantasy Live Football Show on the Belly Up Sports Network. We actually had halfway real football this past week, and we'll have halfway real football this weekend as well. Of course, we're gonna talk a lot of fantasy stuff today, the latest NFL news, and so much more. And today I am joined, I'm Vince Stover, by the way, host of the Sports Stove Football Show.
I am joined, as I am usually, by the one and only Brian Germinaro, the co-host of the Third and Ten Podcast and writer on bellyupsports.com. Hey, Brian, how you doing?

Oh, can't complain. Can't complain. Excited to talk some fancy football. It's here. We finally made it to August.

**Vince Stover** (1:04)
And to my other side, replacing for the day, for the week, Kevin Wilson, who's normally with us. Well, we went and we got a trade this week. And we traded away Kevin Wilson. And we got back a T-shirt. No, we got back DJ Stewart. He's the co-host of the High Low Sports Podcast and writer on bellyupsports.com as well. That stuff with the Belly Up Betts and all that good stuff as well. DJ, how you doing, my friend?

Hopefully by the end of it, they're not wishing they would have a T-shirt instead of DJ at this point. So hopefully I can live up to that.

**Vince Stover** (1:37)
Well, DJ is the super sub. So a couple of weeks ago, he filled in for me, Hostin. This week, he's filling in as an expert. So everything he says is correct. And if it's wrong, you make sure that you at him on social media and let him know he'll appreciate that.

Any sacks that are my fault is because they didn't slide protect properly. I'm just a swing tackle. It's not my fault.

I love it. All right. Let's get things started with our first segment. We call it the Leap.
For the lead block this week, what we're looking at is, guys, we're not talking about enough for the upcoming fantasy football season. We've talked for the last, I think, eight, nine weeks about different fantasy guys. We've looked at every position. We've looked at all these different things going on. But you always, as we get closer to the draft, there's always some guys that we really just haven't talked about, but we have some confidence in coming into this fantasy football season. And so who are we not talking about? Brian, we're going to start with you. And is there somebody that you're saying, you know, look back on all the things that we've talked about. Maybe this guy, we haven't given enough love to.

**Brian Germinaro** (2:50)
Yeah, for me, that guy's Calvin Ridley for the Titans. I had him ranked, I think, like the low 25, 30 range. But the more I think about it, the more I think about reading about Cam Ward and how he's aggressive with the football and looking to push the ball downfield, Ridley's going to have a lot of big play upside. He might be a streaky guy because he's a rookie quarterback. We don't know what he's going to be. But if there's one thing Cam Ward's not, is he's not afraid to sling that ball, push it downfield. I think Calvin Ridley's going to have weeks where he's got big plays, a few touchdowns. He's a really solid flex slash bench piece for you guys. It's actually late in the draft.

Yeah, it's a good one. I got him at 30 as well. I haven't updated any rankings since a few weeks back. But the more I watch the Titans videos and listen, I still have a lot of, I grew up in Nashville, so a lot of people down there that I pay attention to. Calvin Ridley is looking like a pretty solid option, I think, down there in Tennessee. DJ, thoughts on Calvin Ridley and then you can add in your guy as well.

Brian, you can't be giving away the secret sauce. Calvin Ridley has been my dynamic flex guy on every draft I've done so far. Just sitting right there, I'm like, yes, this is my key. This is my guy just like he was a couple of years ago in Jacksonville, Chris Olave was a couple of years ago in New Orleans. Calvin Ridley has been the guy. I love that pick. I think he's going to be awesome, especially down the stretch, once Cam Ward gets used to the NFL. For me, the sleeper I'm looking at, the guy we need to talk a little bit more about, we're going to look at Jordan Mason, the running back with Minnesota. For no other reason than Aaron Jones is technically the starter right now. I get that, but I don't think he's finished a full season in his career, even going back to his time in Green Bay at his best. And even last year, he was in and out a little bit.
