What's up, world? I've been in Los Angeles for almost six years now, and honestly, this city's been good to me. It's given me a lot. I've met some really solid people here, friends I know I'll have for life. It's also where I started, The Daily News Now, which still feels kind of wild when I say it out loud, and I love it here. The weather, the lifestyle, the energy, it's all incredible. But if I'm being real with you, I don't always feel like this is my forever place.
There's this pole I feel a lot, like I should be closer to family, or maybe even building my own family one day. And I just find myself in this space sometimes, where I don't really know, do I stay here? Do I go somewhere else? What's the right move long term? And when I get like that, I just keep coming back to the same thing, trust today. Just take the next step, one foot in front of the other. You don't need to have it all figured out right now. And I don't know, maybe you're feeling that too. Maybe it's not even about where you live.
Maybe it's your job, your relationship, your situation in life, and you're just kind of sitting there thinking, I don't know what I'm doing next. But I really believe this. You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to keep moving. Life is the process. It goes up, it goes down, it changes direction. But if you stay with it long enough, it always seems to work itself out in the end. So just trust it, trust the timing, trust the steps you can see right now.
