We have a proposed class action lawsuit about this crazy infected lettuce. So what I'm trying to say is that I think we have a diarrhea update.

So this class action lawsuit is seeking damages of at least 200 bucks for customers who went to Taco Bell, purchased items containing the bad lettuce, and that in turn caused explosive diarrhea. Now, this lawsuit is still in the early stages, and the damages aren't about personal injury or anus injury, I guess, but it's about economic loss.

The lawsuit says, quote, every class member suffered the same economic injury the moment that transaction closed. Each paid full price for the food that was worth less than represented, and in the law, it was worthless because it could not be sold for human consumption. Economic loss here isn't just the loss of a bad taco, it's paying for the medication, it's paying to be off of work, the time lost and everything like that that was caused by the explosive diarrhea.
So class action lawsuit.

I lost the last time I had a case of something similar to this. It knocked me out for four days. I couldn't get off there. I was seriously considering taking a suppository because I could not stop with the vomit and the diarrhea.
Thank you, Alison. And yeah, I mean, $200 is nothing.
I mean, I don't think I had cyclospora. I either had like a stomach flu or something similar to what this is. But the what the lettuce caused. But it knocked me on my butt for days.
