Left Media Doesn't Cover Fauci Hearing

So let's rock it! You know, one of the things, Hammer, you and I were talking about off the air yesterday is that, I thought it was weird that, I mean, I guess I thought it was weird that like MSNOW and CNN and some of the other mainstream networks didn't run the Fauci hearing yesterday, when in fact, they should have, if for nothing else, because it was compelling television.

Right. Even during Donald Trump's impeachment stuff, Fox News aired it, Newsmax, NewsNation, they aired it. They didn't not air it because it's making their guy look bad.

CNN and MSNBC, they went away from the Fauci hearing. Now, because Fauci took the fifth and didn't say anything, I guess they didn't miss much. But look at their ratings. CNN's, those dirt bags have been in third place for years. What are they going to air that's going to be more compelling than their hero? Like if CNN could pick up Dr. Fauci and hold him up like young Simba and the Lion King.
They would. Same thing with MSNBC now, but they didn't do that. But after everybody kind of started saying, wait a minute, this guy got a pardon and he's refusing to answer any questions.
That looks like somebody with something to hide. And oh, by the way, his attorney is a well-known dirtbag known for representing criminals. So you add all that up. I feel like certain cable news networks were in damage control last night. We can't have any sort of negative commentary about our guy, Dr. Anthony Fauci enter MSNOW's Lawrence O'Donnell. Listen to this butt sniffing last night on MSNOW.

And all of us owe our gratitude to Anthony Fauci, and many of us may owe our lives to Anthony Fauci.

And Anthony Fauci owes nothing to Republicans in the United States Senate. He does not owe them an answer to a single question. He's already answered every one of the questions that they were throwing around that room today. He's answered them many times in congressional testimony and in other interviews. Every one of them, every one of those questions, he's answered in previous appearances. Sometimes news stories come down to a very simple right and wrong, and this is one of them.
Anthony Fauci is right, and every one of those Republican Senators is very, very wrong.

He didn't answer all the questions from the previous times and testimony because you got to factor in the diary that they found.

That's the thing.

The revelations that were in his quote-unquote diary.

He may have answered these in the past, but the diary contradicts those answers.

And that was the point of the whole hearing. You know, what really is the truth? Is it what you wrote when you were like a teenage girl with your feet kicked up on the bed, writing in your big pink diary with your Barbara Streisand and Backstreet Boys poster hanging up in your room? Or is it what you said under oath? Because if you lied under oath, ask Bill Clinton, that's a problem.
So, yeah, I'm not buying that at all, but I'm not surprised Lawrence O'Donnell did this. He's one of the great butt sniffers on cable news. So, this is what it reminded me of. Do you remember that movie, An Officer and a Gentleman?

Senator Rand Paul, who is kind of the face of this whole thing, he was ripping people like Lawrence O'Donnell and his other Democrat colleagues in the Senate for supporting Dr. Fauci.
