Hey there, it's Jason Howell. I wanted to take a second to recommend a podcast to you. I think you're actually really gonna like it. It's called Working Smarter, and it's produced in partnership with Dropbox. Now, obviously, we talk about AI all the time in the show. Most of that conversation tends to focus on a lot of the big announcements, the models, the moves happening in the market, that sort of stuff. Well, Working Smarter takes a different approach.
It talks with people, real people, using AI at work and with the people who are building AI tools that actually understand you. So whether you're a founder, you're a developer, creative professional, manager, entrepreneur, or just someone trying to stay productive, you'll recognize the problems that they're digging into on that podcast. How do we spend less time on busy work and more time on the parts of our jobs that we actually enjoy?
That's pretty much the whole premise. Now, in previous seasons, they've talked to chefs, doctors, lawyers, founders, even racing teams, about how AI is helping them focus better at their jobs.
Season 3 goes behind the scenes at Dropbox itself. So they're talking with the engineers, the product leaders who are building the AI tools that make all of this possible. Now, I highly recommend that you look out for episode 1 of season 3 It's titled Context Engineering, and it digs into a problem almost everyone faces. Your work life is scattered across dozens of different apps, different platforms. None of them have the full picture of what you actually need, right? Well, that episode is about how Dropbox is tackling it. There's also a great episode on AI agents that work behind the scenes to understand what you want and do what you ask. Smart enough to decide largely on their own where to look for information, what actions to take, really interesting stuff on how that actually works.

It is wild to see how much AI has changed the way people work in just a few short years. If you're a listener of this show, Working Smarter, you've heard some of these stories firsthand from people in sports, medicine, science, even the kitchen. But this time, we're going to take a closer look at what it takes to actually solve some of the problems that make modern work so frustrating and chaotic, and hear from some of the talented people working on better solutions.
I'm Matthew Braga, and this is Working Smarter, a podcast from Dropbox about how AI is changing the way we work and get stuff done. For our third season, we're taking you under the hood of Dropbox itself to see what's already possible with AI, and to hear Dropboxers tell us about what comes next. From Dropbox and our partners at Cosmic Standard, check out the latest episodes of Working Smarter, wherever you get your podcasts.
