Happy Fourth of July, everybody. I've got to keep it real. This is hands down my favorite holiday of the entire year. There's just something about spending time with family and friends, soaking up the sunshine, firing up the grill for hot dogs and burgers, throwing.
Back a few cold ones by the pool or at the beach, and then ending the night watching fireworks light up the sky.
It's my favorite day of my favorite season. This Fourth of July feels a little more special because America is officially 250 years old. I say this with a lot of gratitude. I genuinely feel like I hit the lottery being born on American soil.
I've been fortunate enough to travel across this country, and every corner has its own soul. From the energy and grit of New York City to the beaches of California, the colorful streets of Miami, the heartland and rolling farmland of the Midwest, the wide open skies of Texas, the forests and rugged coastline of the Pacific Northwest, the deserts of the Southwest, the Great Lakes, the Rocky Mountains, and the small towns that make this country feel like home. We've got mountains, beaches, deserts, forests, rivers, islands, and plains. Geographically, America is one of the most diverse places on earth, and I think that's a reflection of the people who call it home. Different backgrounds, different stories, different traditions, yet somehow, we're all part of the same American story. Is America perfect? No, no country is, but she sure is beautiful, and I still believe she's the greatest country in the world. So whatever you're celebrating today, I hope you're surrounded by the people you love. Stay safe, make some memories, enjoy the food, enjoy the fireworks, and take a moment to appreciate just how lucky we are to call this place home.
