Thousands upon thousands of non-American citizens, Hammer made their way onto New Jersey voter rolls.

**Hammer** (0:17)
Now, how can that be? Because again, we were just talking to Tony Kennett about this. I was told by the peaceful, tolerant left that if you thought illegals were voting in some of these very left-leaning states, you were some sort of backwoods, hillbilly conspiracy theorist.

**Nigel** (0:35)
And it was actually Tony that told us that it was 400 of those thousands of citizens that were on the voter rolls, actually went to the polls and voted illegally. Does that number, look, if this is happening in New Jersey, A, where else is it happening?
And then B, do you buy that number, where only 400 of illegal citizens actually broke the law purposefully and went and voted in their elections?

**Hammer** (1:04)
To quote Ron Burgundy, I don't believe you.
No, of course not. And I'm already seeing people like Abdul here defend Indiana. Somebody tweeted at us, like, makes me wonder if this is happening in Indiana.

**Nigel** (1:18)
I know.

**Hammer** (1:19)
And then Abdul chimes in, you know, well, actually, and it was only about one hundred and twenty five people that voted illegally in Indiana based on the numbers and the reports that Diego Morales did. And that's assuming you've got faith that Diego Morales did his job properly. Not everybody does. But, yeah, it's just one is too many. Two was too many. Now you're starting getting into hundreds or thousands. Like in some areas, that could be the difference between candidate A winning and candidate B winning.
Spencer Pratt, who I think he feels like he's dealing with a little bit of this out in Los Angeles.

Oh, if it's going on in Jersey, what do you think is happening in California?

**Hammer** (2:04)
He put out a tweet last night, quote, Oh, look, that thing that never happens is totally happening again. Probably nothing.

I get I like the kid.

**Hammer** (2:16)
I like Spencer Pratt.
I went into this political process saying that's that spoiled, rich kid from the hills. He just lives off of his hot girlfriend, wife, whatever she is.

**Nigel** (2:28)
Yeah.

**Hammer** (2:29)
But he's actually somebody that cares about his community.

**Nigel** (2:33)
It came off very likable.

**Hammer** (2:34)
Right. He cares about Los Angeles. At least it looks like he does. I mean, he didn't need to run for mayor. But when his house burned down and the local politicians looked at him and said, well, sucks to be you.
He felt inspired to not just get in front of a camera and bitch about it, but to run for office. And it looked like he was doing really, really well until the late arriving ballots came in. Hell, I think they're still counting ballots in that.

That's the way they do it.

Mayoral primary in Los Angeles.

It's the way they do it in California, the late arriving ballots.

So the question becomes how many is too many for people to lose their minds? How many illegals voting is too many in your book? This was kind of an interesting back and forth on CNN last night. It was Abby Phillips Show, and she had a panel of a bunch of people.
Scott Jennings was on the panel. And the topic of how many is too many made for some pretty good television.

What's your definition of widespread, by the way? Is it 1%?

**SPEAKER_8** (3:38)
I don't know, more than 100? I think it's a big problem. What's yours?

**SPEAKER_9** (3:41)
What's your tolerance for this?

**Scott Jennings** (3:43)
Hold on. This is not about tolerance. This is about, is it widespread or is it something that is relatively rare?

**SPEAKER_9** (3:48)
If you're pounding him over the word widespread, I just would ask you, Scott, what is your tolerance for any fraud at all?

**Scott Jennings** (3:54)
Is it widespread?

**SPEAKER_9** (3:55)
Absolutely.
Over 6,000 people. What is your bar for widespread? My bar is I want no tolerance.

I have zero tolerance for this. So what is your tolerance for American citizens?

By the way, this isn't the only place this has happened.

What is your tolerance for American citizens whose valid voter registrations are invalidated by incorrect databases? What is your tolerance for that?

**SPEAKER_9** (4:14)
I don't have tolerance for any mistakes in the electoral system, including putting non-citizens on the rolls.

**Scott Jennings** (4:20)
So then why are we not keeping the same energy for that as we are for this?
