We said it earlier, go woke, go broke. Woke Cracker Barrel CEO Julie Felss Masino.
Now, if you remember, she was the chick that had the big glasses on, and she kind of looked a little bit like Garth from Wayne's World. And she got rid of Uncle Hershel in the rebrand, like the old guy leaning on the actual Cracker Barrel, sitting on the bench, right?

**SPEAKER_2** (0:24)
She wanted to streamline everything and modernize Cracker Barrel.

**SPEAKER_1** (0:28)
Well, she caught all kinds of hell for that. And Cracker Barrel tried to give her a chance. They rode the lightning for about a year.
She's out now.

**SPEAKER_2** (0:38)
She's gone?

**SPEAKER_1** (0:39)
She is gone now. She's, quote, resigned, which sounds like she was voluntold to resign or be fired.

**SPEAKER_2** (0:48)
We'll give you a big payout, but you're going to resign and like it.

**SPEAKER_1** (0:53)
Right. Just like Donald Trump telling Chris Christie, you can have anything on this menu, but you're going to have the meatloaf.
You can say anything you want, but you're going to resign. So the Cracker Barrel CEO going down in history along with the, you know, woman from Bud Light, Heiderscheid, that decided, yeah, you know what? Just for this little fun social media thing, let's get Dylan Mulvaney involved and crap all over the frat bros to drink the beer.

**SPEAKER_2** (1:23)
If they were trying to fix a problem that wasn't a problem, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. That's a cliche saying. I know it's been around forever, but it's pretty simple.

**SPEAKER_1** (1:35)
Was frat bro money not good enough? Does it not count the same as anybody else's? Because I feel like that's probably a big part of beer funding in America, college campuses. And you went out of your way to say, those guys can all go to hell. Well, good luck with that.

**SPEAKER_2** (1:52)
You know, Bud Light did claw and scratch their way, quote unquote, back. I don't know if they're all the way back to where they were.

**SPEAKER_1** (2:00)
Dude, they've tried everything.

**SPEAKER_2** (2:01)
The Peyton Manning commercial.

**SPEAKER_1** (2:03)
Shane Gillis. I mean, they've partnered with everybody that dudes like, and it still hasn't came back.

**SPEAKER_2** (2:10)
The big Stallions are back in those patriotic commercials.

**SPEAKER_1** (2:14)
They're trying everything to get clean from the dirt that Heinerscheid and Mulvaney put on there. Mulvaney was just given a check to do the thing. Like, I'm not even mad at Mulvaney. This was Heinerscheid, the advertising exec's fault. You not only decided that you're going to get super woke and have this cross-dressing weirdo be your endorser. All right, fine, whatever. It's not a big campaign. It's just an online thing. But then you crapped all over the people that drink your beer.

**SPEAKER_2** (2:47)
The frat bros.

**SPEAKER_1** (2:48)
Right. Okay, fine.
And Bud Light never recovered.
