**SPEAKER_1** (0:02)
Are you really okay with this? Are you okay?
**SPEAKER_2** (0:05)
Everything's gonna be okay. Are you okay?
**Nigel** (0:09)
Yeah, I'm fine.
**SPEAKER_2** (0:11)
I'm pretty far from okay.
**Nigel** (0:14)
Are you okay with this? On The Hammer and Nigel Show.
Yeah, Hammer, there's a bizarre Zillow listing that doesn't show pictures or anything. It just says, do not disturb the occupants. And there's one more thing here. The new buyer is responsible for getting the occupants out. Now, I kind of...
**Hammer** (0:38)
Wait a minute.
**Nigel** (0:39)
It sounds like there's a dangerous... It sounds kind of like there's some sort of squatter or dangerous person inside, but it's actually... This is actually some sort of advertisement for a woman trying to save her home.
**SPEAKER_2** (0:51)
The ad is unreal. Who would buy a home, sight unseen, with an occupant still in it? This is the last thing that my husband bought for me before he passed. This is where I raised my children. The bank has been unwilling to work with me. We took out the loan, the actual loan on this house, in 06, in 15 years. In 2021, this home would have been paid off. I've had three attorneys that could not even get this straightened out. We put a lot of work into this property. I'm staying. They can come on in, but I'm not leaving.
**Nigel** (1:22)
Are you OK with this woman's strategy here?
**Hammer** (1:27)
Yeah, I see what she's doing. I'm not mad at her. Desperate times call for desperate actions. But I got to be honest, I like this story a lot more when I thought I could buy a house and a person came with it.
I was like, oh, I get someone. That's fantastic.
**Nigel** (1:41)
That's an 80s sitcom plot right there.
**Hammer** (1:44)
It is. It totally is. And I'm willing to bet if we asked our pal, Ethan Hatcher, here from WIBC, who's a landlord, I bet he's probably had to deal with things like this before.
**Nigel** (1:56)
He owns multiple homes, multiple squatters.
**Hammer** (1:58)
Somebody trying to squat in one of his residences, I bet he's probably had to have a couple of different porch site altercations like his previous video that he posted.
**Nigel** (2:08)
Holy crap. Did you did you see that thing?
**Hammer** (2:12)
It was beautiful.
**Nigel** (2:13)
That was the most phenomenal thing. You go on Hammer and Nigel on Facebook.
We posted an interaction a couple of days ago between Ethan Hatcher, our very own Ethan Hatcher, who has been filling in for the Midmorning Show, the Saturday Night on the Circle. But he's a landlord. And he had this interaction with this confrontation, I guess I should say, with his neighbor. That was something to behold.
**Hammer** (2:43)
And the neighbor is such a piece of you know what, like throwing a bunch of shrubs and stuff in Ethan's yard. So Ethan put them back. And then here comes Johnny Tough Guy thinking, well, I'm just going to boss around this guy.
And look, Ethan wanted to smoke. He wasn't mad. He wasn't ready to cave. All right, Ethan, I see you, buddy. All right.
**Nigel** (3:05)
A lot of F heads thrown around, F'ing morons, F'ing RTs. Right. Just a lot of F'ings.
**Hammer** (3:12)
A lot of F'ings.
**Nigel** (3:14)
Like a lot of threats by the neighbor. Oh, man, that was a great piece of that was a great piece of video right there. Scroll down Hammer and Nigel to check that out. OK, next up at a screening of Spider-Man, brand new day.
This is in Columbia. A whole theater hammer, including a dude in a Spider-Man costume, had to be evacuated because someone in the audience had an extreme flatulence attack.
**Hammer** (3:44)
And that someone was Tony Katz. Was it not?
**Nigel** (3:50)
I don't know if Tony was traveling in Columbia or not at the time. It didn't get officially canceled. Everyone left before the end credits because it smelled so bad. Actually we have here's the end credits theme music and how we think it may have sounded in there.
Are you OK with this? A screening of Spider-Man.
**Hammer** (4:21)
OK, you can fade that down, Allison. Thank you.
**Nigel** (4:24)
I'm evacuated because someone in the audience is having what is being described as an extreme flatulence attack.
**Hammer** (4:33)
I am OK with this because I've been there. In middle school, I was farting so bad in Miss Rose reading class, she kicked me out in the hallway, and I was sitting out in the hallway.
**Nigel** (4:47)
On purpose?
**Hammer** (4:48)
Well, a little. Yeah, sometimes.
But when I was out in the hallway, they shut the door, right? And I'm sitting there by the door. I let another one right underneath the crack, and it got back into the room. And I was just waiting. It was like a grenade. I had let off. I pulled the trigger, and I was waiting for the reaction, and I swear to God, Nigel, like five seconds later, I'll never forget Amber Butler, the late great Amber Butler, who was sitting right there by the door, simply said, Oh my God, he did it again. And I felt so much pride.
