What's up, people? I'm Dave Rubin. This is The Rubin Report. It's July 22nd, 2026 And you know, yesterday at the top of the show, I said it was gonna be a great show. And I'd like to believe we delivered. And I looked in the comments. People seemed to enjoy the program yesterday. Little bit of information, little bit of humor, all the stuff. And I try not to say, oh, it's gonna be a great show, because that's what everybody does. But my general sense right now is I've got about a week or so left on the grid, is that the crazy is being ramped up to such a high pitch level. And God only knows what's gonna happen in August while I'm gone, that every show, from now till when I go off the grid is going to be great. That is my commitment to you people. And I'd mostly like to thank this communist jihadist MFer from New York, Zohran Mamdani, because he's just handing me material. We don't even have to write a show. These guys aren't even working. They're just like, here's some Mamdani stuff, let's roll.
So let's just dive in. You know, we played the video yesterday that Zohran Mamdani, the communist jihadi mayor of New York City from Uganda, who has never accomplished anything in his life other than the beginning of the implosion of the once greatest city in the world, that he has said that he would like to arrest Benjamin Netanyahu when he comes for the UN General Assembly, which is every year in New York City in September. Now, there's no legal basis for that whatsoever. The International Criminal Court, the ICC, who, by the way, the guy who's in charge of the ICC, Khan, he's under rape allegations right now, so we'll see how that works out for him, but I'm sure they're a great group of people over there. That is not an organization that has any bearing on the United States of America. When you are sworn in to protect the Constitution of the United States, and Zohran did swear in on a Koran, which is actually antithetical to the Constitution of the United States and shouldn't have been allowed, but okay, they go ahead and do that. You swear to protect the Constitution, not some foreign organization out there that has other laws and everything else. And as I said yesterday, you may think what he is doing, yes, it's all about Israel and Jews for him relentlessly. It doesn't matter. He wants you to also be for all the other communist stuff, but as long as you hate Israel and the Jews, you're good in this guy's book, he'll bring you in. But what he's trying to do, and I would say not so cleverly, is really go after the United States here. So we're going to show you a little timeline on what he's been up to. So before he got sworn in, in 2025, this is last year, here he is talking about how he would arrest Benjamin Netanyahu.

Okay, so he, that right there, what he just said right there should have been completely disqualifying. He should not have been allowed in a sane society to even run. Our values are in line with international law.
It's just an absurd statement. What is international law? Who decides international law? It's a complete attack on the sovereignty of nations. There is no such thing as international law. Globalists like it because it means that some centralized thing is going to control everybody and there will be no borders and no discernible difference between nations. Fortunately, the United States has borders, again, thanks to Donald Trump, and we have something called the Constitution of the United States, which governs us.
But for someone, an incoming mayor, he wasn't even mayor at the time, to say, we will arrest someone based on quote unquote laws that have nothing to do with the United States. He's telling you right there, he does not even believe. He was sworn in, again, on the Quran. He was sworn in to protect the Constitution of the United States, and what he's saying is, actually, I think our laws are subordinate to the International Criminal Court. Also, might I remind this person that on October 7th, about 1,400 Israelis were killed, several hundred were kidnapped, women were raped, children were burned, et cetera, et cetera, and then there was a war, there was a war, that's true, and remember, the war wrapped up basically the day that they released the hostages, so it's the only quote unquote genocide, which of course wasn't a genocide anyway, that the people purportedly being genocided were the ones who could decide when they wanted it to end. Here he is yesterday, now finally admitting that everything he has said about the ICC and arresting Netanyahu and everything else is complete nonsense, but of course, then he gives you some general, just evil stuff around it.
