Well, hello everybody and welcome to Wired In. I'm Cabot Phillips coming to you live from Daily Wire HQ. We've got an awesome lineup today. Thanks for spending your Wednesday with us. Let's get right to it. Jurors are still deliberating in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial. They just announced to the judge that they are still deadlocked. We could be getting a verdict any minute now. We hear from an experienced defense attorney on the case made by Clancy's team and what happens if there's a mistrial. We'll also tell you about a wild hacking operation that's currently selling the personal details of more than 150 million Americans on the dark web. And they've even got the driver's license details of Trump cabinet officials. Six years ago, a Seattle man was convicted of taking part in a mass shooting that left one woman dead and seven others, including a nine-year-old boy injured. Well, this week, he's being set free. We'll tell you why. An ICE arrest last month just hit an all-time high. We'll talk about how the Trump administration is pushing the pace on their mass deportation agenda.
Of course, stick around until the end of the show for our live listener Q&A. It's my favorite part of the show. If you're a Daily Wire member, get your questions in the chat. If you're on Apple or Spotify, please join in by signing up at dailywire.com/subscribe.

All right, let's say we start things off in Washington with our DC Bureau Chief, Tim Rice. Tim, how are we doing today?

**Tim Rice** (3:17)
I'm doing great, Kevin. It is a hot, humid, and as of 10 minutes ago, rainy day here in our nation's capital, but the news is a buzzin, so we'll wait.

**Cabot Phillips** (3:27)
What is buzzing? What's going on on Capitol Hill right now? What's the main news dominating things over there?

**Tim Rice** (3:33)
Well, everyone is, as we discussed yesterday, now that the House passed the continuing resolution that is going to keep government funded through the midterm elections. Everyone is pretty much laser focused on their home districts. Obviously folks who are up for election or re-election in November are focused on the home stretch of their campaigns, whereas other Republicans and Democrats alike, I should say, are focused on campaigning for their colleagues, fundraising for their colleagues, helping bring across the parties, their respective parties' messaging.
Republicans, the reason I had Republicans on the mind, of course, have the R&C's having a midterm convention in Dallas next week. We will all be there. So, Republicans are pretty focused on that as the tent pole event of their midterm season. Democrats, meanwhile, of course, just trying to tie every Republican on the ballot to President Trump, and other prominent Republicans who Democrats disagree with.

**Cabot Phillips** (4:29)
We had to all submit our Secret Service credential requests today. Tim, do you have any concerns that I might not get approved?
