Happy to be with you, Jay.

It's always great to be with you. I feel like I learned so much. I feel like my audience loves seeing us together.
You have an incredible community of people that are looking for your advice all the time. I wanted to start off by asking you this. Right now, in 2026, what's the most common thing you hear from people that come to you that feel stuck?
**Dr. Joe Dispenza** (3:02)
I think people come to our events for all kinds of reasons. Some people come because they have health concerns and they want to transform their health.
Some people want a greater expression of love in their life. Some people want abundance. Some people want a mystical experience.
But really, what people really come for is wholeness, right? And so, given the proper information, people can understand information, they can learn information. Knowledge is power, but knowledge about yourself is self-empowerment. And so the only way people actually arrive at their vision or their goals is to change. They can't be the same person. They have to change in some way. That means they have to think differently. They have to believe in different things. They have to make a lot of different choices. They got to demonstrate new behaviors. They got to set their goals and repeat an experience enough times that it leads to the outcome. And they got to feel differently, right? And people come for all kinds of reasons. But I think the big reason that people come for once they get beyond themselves is a greater expression of wholeness.

For anyone who says, I can't believe that changing my beliefs changes my life or changing my thoughts changes my life. What would you say to them?
**Dr. Joe Dispenza** (4:11)
I would say if you believe that, you can believe that for as long as you want.
But what's a belief, right? A belief is just a thought. You keep thinking over and over again or information that you're exposed to enough times that it becomes more automatic, right? So we have a lot of beliefs that sit behind the scenes of our awareness.
