This episode is brought to you by Wayfair. Home should be a place that feels like a sanctuary, a space that truly reflects who you are. But it can be challenging to balance style, budget, and endless options. I was looking to create a dedicated, calm space for my morning meditation and reading, but I was struggling to find pieces that felt grounding but could also stand up to daily use. I went on Wayfair and found a beautiful, solid wood accent chair and a bookshelf. Now that corner is my favorite place to anchor my day. The quality is incredible, it's built to last, and it completely shifted the energy of the room. It's always great to be with you. I feel like I learn so much. I feel like my audience loves seeing us together.
You have an incredible community of people that are looking for your advice all the time. And I wanted to start off by asking you this. Right now in 2026, what's the most common thing you hear from people that come to you that feel stuck?
**Dr. Joe Dispenza** (3:35)
I think people come to our events for all kinds of reasons. Some people come because they have health concerns and they want to transform their health. Some people want a greater expression of love in their life. Some people want abundance. Some people want a mystical experience. But really what people really come for is wholeness.
Given the proper information, people can understand information, they can learn information. Knowledge is power, but knowledge about yourself is self-empowerment. The only way people actually arrive at their vision or their goals is to change. They can't be the same person. They have to change in some way. That means they have to think differently. They have to believe in different things. They have to make a lot of different choices. They got to demonstrate new behaviors. They got to set their goals and repeat an experience enough times that it leads to the outcome and they got to feel differently.
People come for all kinds of reasons, but I think the big reason that people come for once they get beyond themselves is a greater expression of wholeness.

For anyone who says, I can't believe that changing my beliefs changes my life or changing my thoughts changes my life, what would you say to them?
