Good morning, everyone. You are on Live The Dream Media. It's Wake Up Monday, Wake Up from six to nine, and of course we have Marana Oro Valley Experience at nine o'clock.
Shea was doing some last-minute fixing of stuff. She's the best. So we're all here. Good morning to all of you, and good morning to Jim, Dave, Rex, Neil, Bob, Billy, Pat, Murph, Dr. Neal, 77 at the Barn at Pomeranian. I'm just telling you, it's too warm. Too warm, but we're getting there. I don't know how the rain's been out there in relation to some of our chili peppers because we're about a month away from a Dan Bryce visit with chili peppers. Dr. Neal, I expect a update on the chili peppers. If we can figure out how to do green chili cheeseburger on that Friday of Labor Day weekend to raise money for our Korean war vets, I'm there. And then, wait till I get, Dr. Neal sent me a humdinger about one of the, it's the newest, this is from SFGate. I forgot to, I'll send it to myself right now.
It's a new minimum wage proposition heading to the ballot.
Ah, too good, too good. We have a vaccine, vaccine researcher, Katie Asher, at the bottom of the hour, followed by private investigator, Nils Grevillius, coming up at that. And at seven o'clock hour, Brother Joe, and the eight o'clock hour, Bob, Bob Wells is taking a well-deserved vacation with his lovely wife. So, he will be back next Monday. A roundup of wonderful stories for today. Fauci was the big head of COVID response. Somehow, they foiled and got their hands on Dr. Fauci's diaries during COVID.
Everything we ever thought, guys. John Brennan talks to Margaret, John Brennan, John Kennedy talks about, to Margaret Brennan about the SAVE Act. We have Mike Waltz, ambassador, weighing in on pausing strikes in Iran. We have Trump says he's going to enforce new tariffs on 60s countries that use forced labor. We have an update on the conviction of this up-church scumbag who killed Paul Clifford. And I'm gonna reach out to Christina and see if she wants to come on and talk about that. A-10 Warthog's final flight set at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. We have a little bit more about the downtown shooting suspect, but I want to have a little more update on the Empire Pizza, how they say they're going to stop expansion. I did text with David, the owner, over the weekend, and so maybe get him on the show in the next couple of days from Empire Pizza. Interesting story about a whistleblower says that climate groups are putting TUSD students at risk. It's kind of interesting in relation to the interwebs. And it's also Korean, that's the Korean Armistice Day, the signing of it. And we'll talk to you about that. There is an event going on this evening, a dinner with all of Margot's boys and girls later this evening. So hopefully I'll be able to get to that. Anyway, so we'll talk about Korean War Veterans Armistice Day. And I'll give you a little update on that. There's a little fact on that. As Cliff Claven would say, a little known fact on that, Normie. And we'll explain that to you before it's over. My weekend was, I did take a short trip up to the Grand Imperial State of Maricopa. And hit Grimaldi's for lunch in DC Ranch, which is always good for the soul. Hadn't been to Grimaldi's in a while. If you haven't been to Grimaldi's, it is a change, a chain, but they're pretty amazing for me. New York style pizza, coal fired ovens, thin crispy pizza, good antipasto. And they keep, they've been going, they've been in Arizona for years now, by about 15 years probably, maybe more. 20 years? Could be 20 years. And they don't mess with the formula. It's cozy inside, red and white checker tablecloths, and Frank Sinatra, rat pack music in the background. These are my people. And the pizza was great. I got, we got the Don, which has meatballs, chunks of meatballs, not that weird crumble crap that people put on and call it a meatball, pepperoni and Italian sausage. That was a winner. That was a winner. And then we did a few other things in the area. And then yesterday morning, we went to the greatest Catholic Church in the state of Arizona, which is St. Bernadette and Scottsdale. Goes back to all young families. It is amazing how many young families. And it goes back to my, it was my Holy Thursday discussion with Chris Collins from OVCN, where young people are looking for the, he said that young people are looking for the traditional and the ancient. And that's happened at St. Bernadette's, man. It is unbelievable.
