Good morning, everyone. You're on Live The Dream Media. I am Christopher DeSimone. Welcome aboard to all of you. And we have our good friend, Rainer Zitelmann, our science writer from Germany. He wanted to come back on. He had such a good time the last time that he actually, literally an hour after we did our interview, his booker called me up and said, Rainer wants to come back on again. So that's seven o'clock hour. And then Kim Bourn and Don Bourn are going to be here to talk about the Uptown development at Foothills Mall. So that's good. And of course, we're going to do election coverage this morning. And sad to say, we did not make it, my friends. We didn't make it. So we're not going to, I can do a breakdown. You know what it is? I would say on My Race, it was tough to penetrate the mindset of the senior voter, high propensity voter that got scared of any sort of change. So well, we'll see.
So anyway, first and foremost, I just want to thank all of you. First of all, my volunteers were amazing, and my campaign manager, Anna, and Pam, my volunteer coordinator, and Clarissa, and Alex, and Meg, and Mike, and Aaron, and I can just keep going down the line. Joe, we can just kind of keep going, and that's the first thing I want out of my mouth about this race. We'll break it down as we go through the days, but Oro Valley did vote for being stagnant and living in fear. Sad to say.
And I don't know. We shall see. Mary Murphy's got a hell of a lift over there, my friend. So we shall see. Good morning to all of you in the live chat. Pat Barney, Billy Beard, Murph, Bob Watson. I saw like 99.2 percent were counted. So I don't know why Anas hasn't been counted. But anyway, Big Dave, good morning, my friends. So let's do the rundown first. Good morning, Patrick. All right. Let's do state races. Andy Biggs defeated Congressman Schweikart handily yesterday. So that's a done deal. Let's see what else we got here. We have Alex Collidan defeated Gina Swaboda. Let's see. Warren Peterson defeated Rodney Glassman. 56 to 44, something like that.
Betsy, you and David are still my favorites. Thank you, I appreciate that. Elijah Norton defeated Catherine Haley. 56 to 44 Kimberly Yee did defeat, I think this is, you know, we're gonna talk, it's a mixed bag, right? Chris King winning, awesome. Kimberly Yee defeating Tom Horn is good. Not only do I like Kimberly better than Tom Horn, I think she has a better shot of winning that all-important seat. Les Premick, who had 18,000 signs from mine inspector, he won, now an interesting one was, usually Nick Myers and Kevin Thompson have been voted together. And we'll see how, I don't know how many in the statewide, if they're all in, I assume they're all in or most of them got to be in, but it looks like Kevin Thompson is going to make it, but Nick Myers is losing by 1.5% to Ralph Heap. So that's a little bit of a, I don't know if it, I mean, like I said, they've always been running together. So it's interesting to see how all that plays out. Let's see. Yeah, the Schweikart-Andy thing was literally 73% to 15%.
Thank you, Mark Van Buren, for your kind words. Legislative races that were interesting. Let's see, I would say the ones that were, again, Chris defeated, Wendy Rogers won against nobody. Oh, Wendy, Wendy Rogers. Who was the other one? So, let's see. Chris King was 63.1% to Anthony Dunham's 36.9.
