Good morning, everyone, you're on Live The Dream Media, Christopher DeSimone. It's a Thursday show, and a very special show. They're all, quote, very special, but we have, in the eight o'clock hour, our good friend, executive chef, partner in the Charoverse.
His name is Chef Gary Hickey will be on the show. Gary had this crazy, rare stroke thing, just hit him one day in January, and he drove himself to the hospital and found out he couldn't move, really walk, and he's fighting the way back. So we're doing it, I'm not doing it. All of his chef buddies are doing a fundraiser for him a week from Sunday, the 26th of July in the evening, and we're gonna find out. Gary will be here in studio, we'll talk about what happened, the fight back, and why we're having this amazingly fun dinner party on July 26th. So we will let you know more about details as we move through. And again, he's one of the nicest, best guys I've ever met in the restaurant world. Just truly is, amazing guy. And God bless him. So we're going to talk to him, Schweikert, plus making his debut, Dr. Andrew Fox at 7.30. We're going to have a big discussion about education. Who is it? Is Cowboy Tilly the first one out of the gate here? Let's see what we got here. Yeah, it is Cowboy Tilly. Good morning. Sorry we didn't make it out there yesterday. Oh, well actually, we didn't do anything yesterday. It's tonight. So he's talking about our sine waves. So we will be on the northeast corner of First and Tangerine during primetime drive. Anna had four to six. I don't know if that's a little too early. So I'm calling, let's call it 430 to 530 Just stop by any time. Grab a sign. I'll have some music cranking, some bottles of water. We'll have some fun. So anyway, northeast corner, First and Tangerine, that's the safe, just park in the Safeway Shopping Center. And then we'll be on the southeast corner of La Cagnata and Tangerine on Saturday morning. You could park, the post office really isn't open at that point. You could probably, don't tell the post office, poke in the post, park in the post office parking lot and you can walk over. That's democracy, USPS. For the amount of money the candidates paid you for your mailers, enjoy it. Let us enjoy our corner. So that's 8 o'clock Saturday, let's go 4.3 to 5.30ish, stop by and help us at First and Tangerine Park at Safeway. I need people to come out and let's have a big finish here. And then I also really need people. We're getting there, I think we're 50% there. I need people to sign up to hang out, look wonderful, be friendly and outside of the polling stations.
That's very important. So I have a sign up genius sign up thing. I will send you the link and you don't have to live in Oro Valley to help us out. If you're someone who's a supporter of myself and you really wanna see me as an elected official, which I think, well, there's a good amount of people who really wanna see it and there's a few who probably don't wanna see it. And it's all the right people who don't wanna see it. Come help out the campaign. So yes, I need you to drive in your car, hang out and have a fun time, wave some signs or work. You're just gonna have a nice little chair. Hopefully we'll figure out some sort of shade for you. And we're doing it in like two hour shifts of covering eight polling places. So very important to do morning drive, PM drive, like I'm probably like a bar caster here. But, so that's 16 shifts I need to fill. So I feel like we've filled like eight of those. And then right after the show, I've cleared the deck, so I'm gonna be going around to all the different polling stations and doing it up. So CCB, I have my sign ready for this afternoon. She was so cute, she came on Saturday, and she had it like a sandwich board where it hung on one side, she had two on either side. She looked like she was, she looked like someone selling war bonds in the 40s, walking down the streets of New York. It was very cute, so. Anyway, so I think, if Scott Tilley's saying, if this will really, if you want to come hang out and sign wave with Smooch the Donkey, that's Saturday morning, 8 o'clock, La Cagnata Tangerine. Pat Hirsch, good morning. Great interview on Channel 13, Chris. Love that the one defining word about your campaign was, you answered, accountability. It's true, I was just talking to Margo this morning and she said, she talked about the same thing about that. What's that one word? And we were, yeah, you could have said, I could have said something like visionary, right? But with a lack of accountability, it's tough to be visionary, right? If you feel as though you're not at at least 95% of having a management team that you think can execute the vision, it doesn't count to be visionary yet until we have accountability.
