Hey, you're on Live The Dream Media Network, Christopher DeSimone.
DeSimone having problems with the computer wires again. Gonna be a big show today. We have, we're gonna do a news roundup for the next hour here on A Variety of Stories. Ron Arenas is gonna join us for his traditional Third Friday Visit and then Shaun McClusky and CJ Hamm will be here. We're going, two weeks ago, we had like the Council of Trent, where we had this slam together debate giggle.
Talk about dialogue, about this wonderful thing called the Top 10 Restaurants in Tucson right now. Now, we're going Top 10 Dishes that you can order in a restaurant. So I have inquired in the interwebs. I probably have about 50, at least probably about 50 suggestions from folks out there for this. So we will find out where this is all headed. So, let's see.

**SPEAKER_4** (1:40)
Do, do, do, do, do.

**Christopher DeSimone** (1:43)
We're talking to our friend, Katie, Tucsonan who opened up Katie the Butcher in Illinois. We're going to do a Katie the Butcher, Illinois food interview for Craps and Giggles. Be kind of fun. She's Tucsonan that got out of Tucson and doing good work in the cold tundra of Illinois. Let's see. Let's get the live chat up here. We're going to do this. We got a few stories I'm going to hit Tony with, a couple of little...
Nothing worse than listening to myself talk. Here we go. Happy Juneteenth to everybody too. A lot of people are off today in the government world.
So hold on. I see you're... I sent it over to Dave and I got to go, am I missing something or doesn't the stream start at 6 o'clock Arizona time?
Then we both said, we actually, if you looked at our text message, well, maybe John's having a rough day. We're going to pray for John. Well, our prayers work, John. Good morning to Pat. Billy Beard. Cowboy Tilly at Track Ranch. Good morning, my friend. Good morning to Smooch and all the wonderful animules over at Track Ranch. Good morning to Big Dave. Happy Juneteenth.
Let's see, Dr. Neal. We got soaked in po... Do I really want to hear the phrase, we got soaked in possum butt overnight? Thank you very much. Good morning to Chris King. Jim White. Patrick. Happy Three of a Perfect Fair. Pear, Prog Rock Friday. That's a good song off that album. Of course, it's the title track of a King Crimson album in the 80s. Dr. Neil, A Cool 60 Degrees in the Metroplex. Yeah, when I was out this morning having a cup of coffee on the back patio at 4 this morning, it was beautiful. It was absolutely beautiful. Let's see, Mexico scratched out a one, you're welcome, John, a one-nothing win over South Korea yesterday. And no one wanted to score in that game. And actually, Mexico scored because the South Korean goalie did a, let's just say, faux pas.
So it turned out to be one of those games that who wanted to lose it worse. And it turned out to be the Republic of South Korea. So, US is at noon today. So hopefully a bunch of the bars, restaurants in Tucson will be busy at noon. I'm sure a bunch of them were busy last night at six for the Mexico game. And then my wife's Scottish team plays later today as they're drinking the entire town of Boston dry. Literally, bars are reporting. We've run out of beer today because of the Scots. So now, here's some fun stories for today. We have the Democrat Socialists of America creating their own militia network called the Red Rabbits. Who knew I was going to say that today? That's from City Journal.
Supreme Court unanimously rules in favor of potheads' right to own their own guns. We got that. We have a Las Vegas Sheriff that has an interesting way of dealing with the cars used by illegal street racers. Philadelphia bans horse-drawn carriages because of animal cruelty.
Tony, we're all going to play that Tom Hanks piece coming up soon. California receives 80% of all federal welfare for illegal alien households. And you'll, this is a, who did this? This is a report by the Fed do this? Let's see.
Let's go over here. Hold on.

**SPEAKER_5** (6:05)
Do do do do do.

**Christopher DeSimone** (6:07)
Yeah. Report found temporary, oh, this is TANF, temporary assistance for needy families and cash assistance. California is far and above the way the king of this. Wait till we tell you how much money is doing that. Remember we told you the story about the Democrat Socialist, Katie Wilson in Seattle, who was building those tiny homes? We now have a story about how they're being used, because it was the idea that they were going to try to clear all the Fentanyl folk off of the streets of Seattle and move them out of the way of people who are there for the World Cup. It's almost like that time they cleared out all the homeless in Seattle because the president of China was visiting. I don't know if you remember that. Oh, this is the Fed report. Talking about, this is a report from the Fed about the millions and millions of people that were let in during the Biden administration and what it did to home prices and rental prices. I want you to think of all the people who supported that spending hundreds of millions of your taxpayer dollars, and how now they're spending more of your money to try to pay for affordable housing for a crisis they helped create. Can you believe that the people that helped create the crisis is pulling more money out of your pocket to fix the crisis? Can't make it up. I want to play this video of a lady, she's a farmer in British Columbia. Her name is Gina Moore and she actually kicks a cougar. So when you hear about a woman kicking a cougar, we would usually say, is this a bar fight at at Fleming's? But that's not what we're talking about here. So we're going to play that video this hour. What else? We got to get to ESA enrollment. Well, we'll get to that. We'll get to that. And then I just want to let you know I went to Target briefly. Summer stuff is already cleared out. The back to school stuff is already in. So according to Target, summer is over. Get your pencils and your notebooks and your Grogu racers. They're all there. So Neil, we got that range on. The Coast Guard will be launching into the mighty San Pedro. I like that. Good morning to our friend Mother Mucker. Good morning, Mother Mucker. So local news is... Tony, I sent you the headline if you want to pop it up. It doesn't matter one way or the other, but it's the one about old Tucson. So old Tucson, the guys who ran... They got the guys who ran the Durango Silverton... Yeah, let's put the headline up. I'm going to talk. The guys who ran the Durango Silverton Railroad have decided not to renew their contract. American Heritage Railways.
