Hello there, everybody, hold on.
Hey, good morning, you're on Live The Dream Media, Christopher DeSimone, and it's a Thursday show. The weeks are going fast. Early ballots go out next Wednesday for all the primary action, Marana-Oral Valley elections. Remember, if you're an independent and you wanna mail in, I don't know if it's too late, but you're gonna have to request it from the recorder's office. So again, one of those things where independents are usually not treated in the best way in this town. So, but anyway, it's coming up on July 21st. So remember we gotta mail it up to Camp Verde, come down to Phoenix. And so a couple of days later, so that we can, not this weekend, but next weekend, there'll be a lot of people filling out their ballots. So we have David Schweikert, David Jon Post, and Chris King here this morning coming up.

I don't know what to say. That's where it is.

Okay, I got it. I got it, like that better. Anyway, I got a haircut and there's a hair out of place. What a nut. We had a wonderful time last night for our wonderful, we're just wonderful. Our wonderful party last night was beautifully attended. Food was wonderful. And then we sat and had a chat after watching David Schweikert, Andrew Biggs, and two other guys. Now, because of the clean elections aspect, and this will probably be the only time you see that David and Andy on the stage together. I guess there's one today at that PBS was doing. I don't know why they would need to do it, but we need to have Andy and... If you really want to figure out and give everyone the best showing of both candidates, Andy and David just by themselves. Question Andy, response, rebuttal. Question David, response, rebuttal. That's what we need.
We kind of got it yesterday.
I thought again, I'm sure I'm biased. I think... I mean, David actually did a better job. He just knows the facts better. And he's smoother about talking. He was a little rough in his intro, but he just had to get warmed up. We were talking about that. We had a wonderful... it went better than I thought. We had a wonderful breakdown of the debate forum. It was a forum with all the crew last night. Now we started off with a kick-ass pledge of allegiance followed by an acapella led by John Winchester. I got to put his pipes to good work. This is something Pat Hirsch kind of said, hey, I thought we were singing. I go, you know, it's a good idea. So we cranked out God Bless America before we watched the debate and a pledge of allegiance. It was beautiful. It was beautiful. So as you can see, some of my... some of the balloons I bought for the party last night, I decided to put them behind me and, you know, sharpen up... It's America 250 for God's sake. So I thought we'll talk about what... I told David, I texted him, when you get on the air, we're going to do a breakdown of what the Wakey said. I would say the constructive criticism of David was... And we... and I... you know, but for all... For some of us, it's a... it's a bonus, right? Some people said he was too in the weeds, geeky, wonky, but that's kind of why we like Dave, right? Who came off friendlier? David.
Andy... Andy... I'm not saying Andy's... Andy's a smart man, right? I like Andy, but David comes off more friendly. Who's going to do a better job with Katie Hobbs in a general election debate against her, where they can eviscerate her intelligently on the facts, but not look like they're eviscerating her, right? And it's got to be Dave. The other two guys... Now, Scott Neely, for all the bravado of what we saw on his Facebook page, just... he just did his thing. I got it. You're on the ballot. Thank you for running. Anyone who runs for anything. I wish Scott would have ran for something else that... You know, he has a shot of winning, and then maybe he can kind of build his thing, right?
Ken Macchelli is just... prayerless.
I mean, he was... both those guys kind of wasted everyone's time at this meeting, at this forum last night. But especially Ken Macchelli. He is... he's just... I guess I hope I'm... I don't know. I don't know how old the guy is. He's old. That picture they use for his signs is old.
