This is VSiN, the SportsBetting Network.
Top of the hour, it is VSiN By The Books, Dave Ross right here at the McGaming Hall. Ian Franklin, Kentucky, our closer, Jensen Lewis back home in Cleveland, Ohio. Is that a Canton, Ohio shirt that you have on the logo, if I'm seeing that correctly?

**Jensen Lewis** (0:35)
Yes, this is the Quarter Zip Pro Football Hall of Fame club member.
I have done the Pro Football Hall of Fame luncheon series speaker rounds here the last handful of years. We'll head back there. It's a really cool thing, Dave. On Mondays, it is most, anyone can become a member.
It is usually sold out. And thank you to the great people of Northeast Ohio that have come so many times. Traditionally, Dave, I would try and do my speech either right when spring training began as kind of a season kickoff or right at the end of the year when the playoff started. That's the way it's going to happen this year. I'll be going down there October 5th. RJ. Allman and all the people that are part of the board there, they do a fantastic job. David, so cool because leading up to Pro Football Hall of Fame week, they usually have some of the guys that have already been inducted that will come in and will talk. It's a really neat thing. They've had all kinds of head coaches. Of course, Urban Meyer has been through here. Jim Tressel, now the lieutenant governor here in Ohio, will come through again. But so many great walks of life, coaches, people that have been through amazing life experiences. Just happy to be a small part of it. So excited to get back there again after a couple of years off the circuit. I'll be back there first week of October.

**Dave Ross** (1:59)
That is super cool. We might have to get some video and show that for our fans here on VSiN By The Books, Jensen.
That's big time, my man. All right, let's get to it. What we saw last night in preseason, day number one, get some games tonight that we'll talk about, of course, and got games tomorrow as well. But if you're an under player, it was big time for you last night. That's where we begin, our highlights and headlines.

**SPEAKER_2** (2:20)
Help your bottom line with today's highlights and headlines.

**Dave Ross** (2:30)
Six games, six unders, and really kind of five were no sweaters, and you had to sweat out that Cardinal game against the Raiders to get that under home. But I know that makes us happy here, Jensen Arizona with the outright win 27-14.
It did kind of feel like the feature game of the night. We got that news a couple hours before kickoff that Carson Beck would not go, which was a bit concerning there. I believe a rib injury is what they're calling it there. But yet the Raiders even in defeat. Boy, Kirk Cousins look good. And I think overall number one, Fernando Mendoza, I guess, check, check if you're a Raider backer this morning.

**Jensen Lewis** (3:06)
Boy, you talk about a sweat, Dave. We looked at that game in one of the trends that Steve McAnon had put out there that participants in the Hall of Fame game, those teams the very next week had a fabulous, consistent streak to the under.
And if you look at where that score was headed into the middle part of the third quarter, it was 27-14 Cardinals with 4-29 remaining in the third quarter. Not a point scored after that. So if you're an over better, very sorry for your loss. Those of us that were under betters, all right, that is a good omen, perhaps a great year on the horizon for us. We did get one tie. You are correct, Dave. It is preseason football. As the great Will Hill said on social media, how can you not be romantic about football when you get a 13-all tie between the Colts and the Patriots? But you are right. All six games under, Dave, if you had the degeneracy to go parlay, all six of those unders, a $100 parlay, got you about $4,500 in return. So congratulations to everyone who went the under route and the Cardinals.
Very impressive there in a win with a couple of the starters going out there early.

**Dave Ross** (4:25)
Again, as I've said for years before we had our platform, certainly in a Lewis Ross administration, day one EO would be no ties in regular season NFL. Fake football preseason, I'm fine with it. We can tie, we can wrap this thing up, make sure nobody else gets hurt.
