**Craig Carton** (0:00)
That break was so long, I got to 19th place on slither.io.
I apologize for that. I lost to a guy named Embryo with Guns.
**Chris McMonigle** (0:08)
Embryo with Guns?
**Craig Carton** (0:09)
That's the guy in first place.
My length was 4,000. The guy in first place, 39,000. He took over the whole screen. Not fun.
**Chris McMonigle** (0:20)
Are you guys all playing the same screen?
**Craig Carton** (0:22)
Yeah, that's how you play the game, dude.
**Chris McMonigle** (0:24)
Oh, okay.
**Craig Carton** (0:24)
It's like Universe, and you try to gobble up the little stars and dots and whatnot, and everyone you gobble up, you get bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger.
**Chris McMonigle** (0:31)
Can you gobble up other snakes?
**Craig Carton** (0:34)
If a snake hits you, they die. he disintegrates, you can eat a ball of his dots. Yeah, so I was just doing that for a while. Excuse you. Pete, stop reverting to the microphone, please. That's why you were angry at me.
**Chris McMonigle** (0:47)
Because you lost?
**Craig Carton** (0:48)
No, I'm angry because I want to get back to do the show, but then I'm in a weird spot. I could win the game, maybe, but now it's too long a break. So, that's Big Mac's fault, probably for talking so much.
Probably.
**Chris McMonigle** (1:00)
Yeah, that's what everyone's complaint about the show is, I talk too much.
**Craig Carton** (1:04)
That's a lot of people saying, enough with the talking. Yeah. Too much talking. Here's Larry.
**Chris McMonigle** (1:08)
This is what I do instead of Snake.
**Craig Carton** (1:10)
Larry's in Cranford. I'm the fan. Larry, how are you today, buddy?
**Chris McMonigle** (1:14)
Hey, you guys.
Hey, you guys. To that idiot who sent you that message, how about a thank you to Jewish Leon Rose for putting that team together in the first place?
**Craig Carton** (1:25)
Well, there you go. That would have been a good retort. I didn't come up with that one. I just retweeted it and, you know, shamed him.
Shamed him. I guess he took it down.
**Chris McMonigle** (1:34)
He deserves some shame.
**Craig Carton** (1:35)
And that's why I took it down. He took it down. He's like, I guess I am. And I said, maybe I should take this down. Might hurt me for a job application. Yeah.
**Chris McMonigle** (1:41)
I've gotten a lot of like jazz with the lollipop. I should, you know, be eating salads during the show.
**Craig Carton** (1:47)
People are attacking you.
**Chris McMonigle** (1:49)
Attack.
**Craig Carton** (1:49)
Because you're okay with the lollipop eating? Yeah. Believe it or not, my weight has come up today. It was kind of chilly though on your part, to be fair.
I got the manager. I'm trying to figure out. I knock the manager. What does a player have to do for you to really get on them? Other than, you know, bat 210, strike out 150 times. You have to be good. If you're good, I don't really care about the rest. It's about playing the game. It's about playing the game. Like we spent a good portion of today's show debating. Jason Dominguez will never be an outfielder. I will never be confident in Jason Dominguez.
**Chris McMonigle** (2:18)
He doesn't have instinctual outfield play.
**Craig Carton** (2:20)
I will never believe he will be an outfielder no matter how much he plays. Do you still think Aaron Boone is the right guy to lead the Yankees to a championship? Yes, absolutely. Well, there you go. Okay. I don't think he's a bad manager because of this. I disagree with him on this.
**Chris McMonigle** (2:31)
Yeah.
**Craig Carton** (2:31)
I don't think it's a big deal. He seems very perturbed by it. He was very perturbed. But I think he has to take some ownership of that. If he didn't talk about it, it would have been a talking point to say it's some level, but not the level it went to. Because once you find out the manager, for all the support he's given players publicly, decided this was the hill to die on, that seemed a little out of character.
**Chris McMonigle** (2:53)
It becomes a thing when it's like, wow, this is the thing that pisses you off. And also he said pissed off. He could have said, yeah, I talked to him.
**Craig Carton** (2:59)
I didn't love it. He said pissed me off. Yeah, pissed him off. Pissed me off. He's also, forget it, a lifetime baseball guy. His dad, his uncle, his brother, maybe in the Boone family, there's something sanctimonious about what you're allowed to put in your mouth on the field.
