Yeah, 6 to 1 I put a little sprinkle on it. So if the run line doesn't hit, I'll end up slightly in the green on that contest, not quite a full unit or anything positive, it would just keep me above water here as we wait on some other pending results like the over in Colorado and then the Sunday night baseball bet that I'll divulge probably later on in the show in hour four. But yeah, I figured 6 to 1, Angels bullpen is the worst in baseball. It's absolutely atrocious. So I wanted to fade it. Mizorowski despite the two run homers looked sensational. He's allowed just two hits, the single and then the two run homer way back early on in the game. So he's been lights out and maybe the brewers have some late ending magic to him.

All right. So let's roll with the brew crew there at six to one, a nice hefty price against this angels bullpen in Anaheim. So that is what Joe is on. I might have to join him during one of the breaks here and sweat a little Milwaukee Brewers against the angels. But joining us now to break down what we saw last night with the blockbuster trade. It's the co-founder of Just Baseball. He broke the Tarek Scoobal trade to the Dodgers last night. He's on Twitter at PeterAppel23. It's the one and only PeterAppel joining us here via the Progressive Guest Line on Live Bet Sunday. Peter, we had you on VSiN Primetime on Friday, and you seem pretty confident that Tarek Scoobal was headed to LA. Now that it's happened, what did you make of the return for the Tigers? Could they have gotten more if they waited until tomorrow when the trade deadline hits at 6 o'clock Eastern time?

First of all, I love the return.
The fact that you can get Zaire Hope, who in 94 games at AA as a 21-year-old, already has 23 home runs and 18 stolen bases. He is a freakazoid, one of the best power speed combos in all of the minor leagues. And he comes in at number 40 on our top 100 prospects. They also got River Ryan, who a lot of fans don't know what to think about him, just because he's 27 years old and you don't see a lot of 27-year-old prospects. However, he converted into a full-time pitcher when he was 23 years old and then actually debuted with the Dodgers two years ago in 2024 and put up a 1-3-3 ERA, but it seems like everybody forgot about that because he hasn't pitched much. Why? He got Tommy John surgery and then has been dealing with a hamstring injury. But I truly think, and you know, per a source who gave me the Tarek Schubel scoop, he said he thinks Zaire Hope could be an all-star in this league and River Ryan could be a middle rotation starter. And they also got an intriguing young pitcher, 21 years old, 35% strikeout rate in high A. So ultimately, I think the Tigers did fantastic in this deal. Now, to answer the second part of your question, where you asked if they waited, could they have gotten a better deal? I don't think so. And my main reason why is everyone has been getting together their Schubel package for a while now. He's the biggest rental on the market since CC Sabathia. And it's not like you're getting contenders or teams going after him who now decide, oh, now I'd like to go get Tarek Schubel. He has been in the sights of all of these teams. So I know the Tigers did their due diligence. They checked all the different offers. It was reported that the Brewers took one of their star young pitchers, Logan Henderson, off the table. We already saw the Phillies package. We already knew that the Tampa Bay Rays were not going to include their number one prospect. Which is Theo Gillen. So from my estimation, I think this was the best deal that they could have gotten and a phenomenal deal. It was a true overpay by the Dodgers. But like I said on your Friday show, that's what you do when you're trying to three-peat. And the Dodgers are not worried about overpaying considering their farm system is so good still.
