A back to back and a belly to belly. Trey Turner and Bryce Harper, Homer back to back, as the Phillies have made it a new ball game. It is 2-2 between Philadelphia and Toronto, bottom of the sixth inning in Philly. Mack Scherzer was dealing through the first five innings and struck out Kyle Schwabere looking to start the bottom of the sixth. Trey Turner took him deep for a solo home run and Bryce Harper has just taken him deep for a solo home run. Back to back, Homers, as the Phillies have tied the game at 2 Your live line right now has Philadelphia minus 187, your live total of six and a half. Also in progress right now, it is the Pirates with an 8-0 lead over the New York Mets in the bottom of the fourth inning, and this one could get ugly.
It already is ugly, guys, but it could get uglier.

Bubba Chandler has gone four innings, allowed only three hits, no walks, three strikeouts. Meanwhile, for the Mets, it was Robert Stock, who was the opener. At some point, I'm gonna be interested in a live over, because this game has position player written all over it. Like, I mean a position player pitching, I mean, I've never seen that in the last inning. It's just, and it feels like it might be a game where the Mets just have a pitcher eat it.
I mean, they left this kid's stock out there to just get rocked.

That's plenty of opportunities to get us some runs. And then you have the Pirates who are only going to get the fifth, sixth, seventh, and the eighth, and in the eighth, it could, bottom of the eighth could be a position player. Top of the ninth could be a position player for the Pirates against the Mets with a giant lead. I love going with live overs in blowout games. This is something I've talked about for years now on these Live Bet shows. Live overs in blowout games because you're not getting any high leverage pitchers, any high leverage relievers, right? And they will throw strikes. They're not going to go corner to corner and try and pitch around the guy. The worst thing you can do when it's an 8-0 game or a 10-0 game, whatever it is, is just walk, guys, and extend the game. At this point, the Mets just want to get out of this game. Just throw strikes, let your defense do the work behind you. Don't nibble on the corners, throw strikes, get a guy out, and, you know, we move on. Mets might score, Pirates might score. In every single one of those rehab starts, Jackson Job did not see the fifth inning, okay? His most recent outing, 69 pitches in four innings. The Tigers have said, we're going to try and keep them around 70 pitches, 75 tops. We have a scoreless game right now, top of the fourth inning in San Francisco. Jackson Job has gone three innings, no hits, no runs, one walk and four strikeouts. So he goes over his three and a half strikeout prop, but that's not the prop that we played. But he went over three and a half strikeouts, he's got four strikeouts. But more importantly, Jackson Job is at 50 pitches going into the bottom of the fourth inning when we eventually get there. Fifty pitches he'll be at.
