Ladies and gentlemen, joining us now, my dear, dear friend, the king of Lefrak City, Mr. Chibs himself, the one, the only, Mr. Kenny Anderson. Kenny, how you been, buddy?

**Kenny Anderson** (0:17)
I'm doing great, man. Hit me up, said, come on, you're sharp. I said, definitely, man. That's my guy. Thank you, Kenny. And you with my man, Big Mac, Big Mac. So I said, yeah, definitely, I go on, man.

**Craig Carton** (0:28)
Meanwhile, I'm so jealous of you. You spent, it seems to me, like a month in Italy.

**Kenny Anderson** (0:34)
Oh, oh, it was, it was, oh, man, it was the best trip I ever had in my life. Yo, like two weeks, we was there, there.

**Chris McMonigle** (0:43)
Where in Italy?

**Kenny Anderson** (0:44)
Venice.

**Chris McMonigle** (0:45)
Oh, nice.

**Kenny Anderson** (0:46)
Venice, Florence. We was all over, man.

**Craig Carton** (0:49)
I said, look at my guy and his beautiful wife lounging out in Europe, smoking cigars, enjoying the scenery.

**Kenny Anderson** (0:57)
Yeah, yeah, it was awesome. It was my best trip, man. I told my wife, I've been all over the world, but that was the best trip. I'm 55 That was the best trip I've had, man.

**Craig Carton** (1:06)
What's the craziest place in the world you ever went to to play ball?

**Kenny Anderson** (1:11)
Oh, Lithuania. Lithuania. Yeah, I played out there when my mother passed. Yeah, I was out there, and it was, it was, it was, it was, it was, you know, I went over there when my mother passed.

**Craig Carton** (1:22)
Right.

**Kenny Anderson** (1:24)
The great team, the bonus, the bonus, that I played with in Portland, he was a GM. So he got me over there, and man, they take, they take basketball serious, because you only play twice a week. So the games is like lit, man. The games are like, man, the fans, the fans show up, right? Like voodoo and all that.
Yeah, they show up. They show up and act up, too.
This is great, great basketball. They show up, they act up over there, boy.

**Craig Carton** (1:52)
Well, you were trained for that, playing at Rutger. No doubt about that. You know what that's all about.

**Kenny Anderson** (1:56)
Oh, definitely, definitely. Playing all over New York, I was trained for it.
It didn't matter.

**Craig Carton** (2:01)
Have you, have you kept an eyeball on this Knicks run, this postseason, Kenny?

**Kenny Anderson** (2:07)
Oh, yes, man. And I think everybody is hating on me a little bit, because I'm not a Knicks fan. I'm a New Yorker. I'm a New Yorker. So I'm going with the Knicks this, this series. I'm going with the Knicks, man. They're going, they, they had, they, they're having an awesome year. To tell you the truth, they're having an awesome year. They're playing extremely great basketball. They ran through the East. They just ran through the East. And that's what everybody's saying, that the West is tougher and the East is kind of weak. So, you know, the Knicks are going to have a handful with the Spurs.
With Wembanyama, he's playing, he's just, he's off the hook.

**Craig Carton** (2:44)
I always wondered this, Kenny, as one of the great point guards of all time. Obviously, New York guys, legendary. We always saw the great Kevin Durant, Doc, point gods that you were in.
Guys like Rafer Alston, you know, Skip to My Lou and Kenny Smith and all the great guards that came out of here. I want you to do me a favor. As an expert basketball, you mind. I want you to tell me what you would do to try to take on Jalen Brunson. Like if you have the rock in your hands, what's his weakness that you would attack?

**Kenny Anderson** (3:18)
I would just go at him every time down. You just got, that's all you're going to have to do. You got to have another point guard. And the Spurs have that. They have two or three guys. And, you know, I'm only six too.
So, you know, he would be, offensively, he's great. So I would just have to, let's so much just tire him out. Or put him in foul trouble, things of that nature. That's what they're going to have to try to do.
But, and the Spurs can do that, but they beat the Spurs two out of three games. So it's going to be extremely tough. It's going to be a great series, man. I'm looking forward to it.

**Craig Carton** (3:54)
If I asked you to make a prediction, do you think the way the Knicks are playing right now and the matchups that we have favors the Knicks or are you leaning toward San Antonio?
