They were playing like the Europeans out there. Relax.

Like, to fire up. And we cut it up in the parts. I don't know if you guys want to hear it, but I thought it was pretty good.

I don't know if you understand what it would mean for you to win the championship this year, to win the NBA championship.
It would be life changing for all of you.
It will stick with you the rest of your lives. And if you don't win, you'll be thinking about it the rest of your lives. Why I'm here is because we have 10 weeks, 10 weeks in your life to achieve something that will stay with you the rest of your life and the rest of my life. But you're gonna have to give it your all. You're gonna have to give more now than you've ever, ever, given before to this team and to your careers. And the big word is sacrifice. You're going to have to sacrifice if you want to achieve this. You have to have a discussion with yourself about what these next 10 weeks are.

That is awesome. April 3rd, the Knicks beat the Bulls by 40 points. April 6th, they started the playoff.
They played the Hawks at the end of the season, beat the Hawks by 3 Then they beat the Celtics by 6 Then they beat the Raptors by 17
Final game of the year, they didn't play anybody, obviously. That's where Bridges came in for 2 seconds to keep the streak alive. So that was one, two, five games left in the regular season. They won all of them, I don't count the last game, all right? And then they, of course, start the playoffs a week later at home and they beat the Hawks 113-102.

So again, say what you want about James Dolan in the past. That is an inspiring speech from the owner to the guys telling them, you're good enough to win a title, are you willing to do what it takes to win?
