A little Opie gone bad on a Friday.

**Chris McMonigle** (0:02)
Why not?

**Craig Carton** (0:03)
I actually named this song. True story. 888-808-119.
I named this song.

**Chris McMonigle** (0:09)
The artist asked you?

**Craig Carton** (0:10)
Who is this?

**Chris McMonigle** (0:10)
I don't even know who this is.

**Craig Carton** (0:11)
It's Opie gone bad, Jake Schroder's, the lead singer.

**Chris McMonigle** (0:13)
OK.

**Craig Carton** (0:13)
We were good friends when I lived in Denver. He had this new album. He was coming out with this, because I got a new song. I just haven't come up with a name for it yet.

**Chris McMonigle** (0:20)
OK.

**Craig Carton** (0:20)
So I said, well, play it. And he played it live on the show, and I named it. And he kept the name. But they're one of the great Denver fans of all time. That was just a fray, obviously.

**Chris McMonigle** (0:31)
What's the name?

**Craig Carton** (0:32)
Sleep It Tight. My Little Angel is the name of the song.

**Chris McMonigle** (0:35)
OK.

**Craig Carton** (0:36)
There you go. So now you know.

**Chris McMonigle** (0:38)
Now I know.

**Craig Carton** (0:39)
Now you know.

**Chris McMonigle** (0:40)
Why was he having such trouble naming it? It sounds like that's like an obvious good name. Little Angel?

**Craig Carton** (0:43)
I don't know. I have no idea. He got divorced shortly after he had Little Angel. So maybe he was in a bad place. And I just came in the nick of time and said, call the song Little Angel. And now I think it's been abbreviated to Angel. So in any event, great band from Denver, legit. So I just got confirmation, my old pal Gerald Wilkins will officially be in studio joining us.
He's on his way from Jersey right now.

**Chris McMonigle** (1:07)
We're welcoming in all Knicks, any and all Knicks. Let's go.

**Craig Carton** (1:10)
He was one of my favorite Knicks of all time. He obviously got replaced by John Starks.
And I think Xavier McDaniel, if I have the years correct on that.

**Chris McMonigle** (1:18)
Yeah, the X-Man maybe.

**Craig Carton** (1:20)
You can fact check me on that. I'm pretty sure they replaced him. Then he went to Cleveland, of course, and played with the Mark Price, Brad Doherty, Larry Nance Cavs that couldn't get past the Jordan Bulls. But in any event, Gerald Wilkins, so I think was at Game 4, by the way.
I'm not sure how often he's been back, but always happy to have a former Knick in studio. And Avery Wilson, the Knicks' good luck charm, will be live in studio as well, doing a sing-off against Big Mac, or a person of Big Mac's choosing.

**Chris McMonigle** (1:49)
That's right.

**Craig Carton** (1:50)
That's all coming up. And we have the Knick themed wheel, much later on this afternoon as well.

**Chris McMonigle** (1:55)
It's gonna be a great day.

**Craig Carton** (1:55)
It's gonna be a great afternoon.

**Chris McMonigle** (1:56)
It's already begun. We're an hour into the greatest Friday of all time.

**Craig Carton** (2:00)
That's it, possibly.

**Chris McMonigle** (2:01)
Greatest Friday of all time.

**Craig Carton** (2:03)
Certainly on the table.

**Chris McMonigle** (2:03)
I mean, on how I get.

**Craig Carton** (2:04)
Although the parade, I have asked the Knicks by the way.

**Chris McMonigle** (2:08)
When is the Knicks gonna be in the parade?

**Craig Carton** (2:09)
Well I said I'm not jinxing it, but I just have a question.

**Chris McMonigle** (2:12)
The city I'm okay with asking. Because they are not involved. I don't want to ask the Knicks when the parade is.

**Craig Carton** (2:17)
I asked the Knicks. I said out of curiosity, have there been discussions?

**Chris McMonigle** (2:19)
The city has to begin the planning process. I get that.

**Craig Carton** (2:21)
Yeah, but the Knicks have to be involved with it. The city is supposed to get to dictate it.

**Chris McMonigle** (2:25)
I don't want to ask them.

**Craig Carton** (2:26)
Hey Pete, call the mayor's office for me.
So anyway, I asked the Knicks, have there been discussions with the city as to when the parade would be? And then I made a point, I go, maybe I shouldn't ask that question. I wrote, not jinxing, just asking.

**Chris McMonigle** (2:39)
Is that how jinxing works?

**Craig Carton** (2:40)
I think if you acknowledge it's a jinx before, then I think it's a jinx-free moment.

**Chris McMonigle** (2:45)
It undoes the jinx.

**Craig Carton** (2:46)
Well what is the rule in the jinx?

**Chris McMonigle** (2:47)
I don't know.

**Craig Carton** (2:48)
If you acknowledge that it might be a jinx and you say no jinxing.
