Jesse, you're consulting for a lot of companies in a lot of different states. How are we addressing the beverage topic to go not only mainstream, but also allow it to be not socially acceptable in the backyard of a barbecue, but also buy it at a stadium of a major league game? What are your thoughts around that of what's best for brokers to know and buyers to be aware of?

Yeah, the biggest thing that I've noticed is when people are talking about hemp-derived THC versus cannabis-derived THC.
Ultimately, the difference is really back to Lee's point is because of the farm bill and now it looks like we're not going to have it be changing. It's going to be basically hemp-derived THC drinks in my opinion, I've been saying this for years. Drinkables are going to be the biggest growth long-term in cannabis because of health factors, easy access and it's kind of like edibles. You can have a low dose and it's easily accepted on social aspect. Now with the hemp-derived THC drinks, basically you're having the desire for these in stadiums, places where concerts at, where we sing at music festivals. The biggest challenge is when you have a cannabis-derived THC drink, you got to go to dispensary. Now hemp-derived THC drinks, you can go to these more easily accessible place. The biggest challenge we have is we've identified the insurance contracts, and liquor liability clearly excludes it. And there is no true contract out there right now that will really cover the on-site impairment, the on-site consumption, especially at the limits and levels that we need that are comparable to liquor liability. Kinsale has a policy. They provide anywhere from 300 grand up to a million on case-by-case scenarios, but still nowhere near enough coverage. So ultimately, these policies right now are being constructed, and respectfully, hopefully, have a solution soon for everybody.
