If you're with us for the very first time, we just wanna say thank you for taking a portion of your Sunday and spending it right here with us at Real Life Church. We are brand new today. Welcome to those that are watching online this morning. Praise the Lord. I got a couple announcements for you. First off, today is Water Baptism Sunday. So we baptized somebody first service. We got folks we're baptizing after third service today. And so if you're here today and you say, man, I'd love to be water baptized. I've given my heart to Jesus, and I'm ready to take my next step. Well, we're gonna be doing that after the third service so you can go out, get you something from the Cracker Barrel, and come back, and we'll dunk you under. Come on, somebody. And so come on back. And we got everything you need. We got shirts and shorts and all the things. And so you're welcome to stay for two services. Some of you might need to stay for two services. Praise the Lord. But anyway, that's happening today. People taking their next steps in baptism. Secondly, this morning is tonight launches our seven days of prayer and worship as a church. And so, tonight we're launching with a worship night. And I want you to know something that what God's doing, that we will kick off tonight, I'm gonna lay the foundation of what God has said to me personally over the last three weeks or so. He's just poured in some things that I feel like is ready to be delivered for tonight, and that will set the pace for this week of prayer and worship. You're like, well, pastor, I'm just busy tonight. Hey, there ain't no football games on tonight. Praise the Lord. And your team probably stinks anyway. So you might as well just, okay, all right. So you might as well just come out to prayer and worship. So tonight at 6.30, we're gonna kick off with a worship night. Come, bring your kids. There is no childcare, but just bring your kids. We want them to be in the atmosphere of worship. And so that's happening tonight. And then next week is our back to school service where we'll be praying over the kids that are going back to school, as well as anybody involved in the school district, teachers, administrators, and we will be praying all three services next week for our back to school prayer service. Praise the Lord. And then finally, I got one more thing. In October, we every year do something called Family Month. It's an opportunity for us just to, we teach on family. We talk about family. We talk about marriage, raising kids, all the things. And this year, I decided to add a mission component to it, to where it's just not about us making our families better, but we can help somebody else. And this year, we're partnering with an organization called Sleep in Heavenly Peace. And their whole motto is that kids would have beds. And so I'm gonna show you just a quick video, and then I'm gonna come back and give you details on how to register to be a part of that. Go ahead and roll that.
Come on, I love that motto. No kid sleeps on the floor in our city. So October the 2nd is our Build a Bed Outreach. We want you to sign up. I did it during Family Month because I want your family to be a part. And what's gonna happen is they're gonna take over our parking lot, and they're gonna set up everything we need. They bring the tools, they bring a whole semi-truck full of wood and stuff, and pre-ready everything. There are stations, they have it all organized, and we just show up and they tell us where to go. And I think we're building 50 beds, which is around $10,000. They're gonna build 50 beds. They get a bed, they get a mattress, they get sheets, they get comforters, they get brand new pillows for kids in our city. Come on, somebody. How many know that's a good thing?
