How did you know each other?

He knew my wife. Okay.

He's from Philly, right?

**Craig Carton** (2:45)
Yeah, they're both from Philly. And then when he and I met, you know, sometimes you meet somebody in life and you don't know why, but you just hit it off. Sure. Much like you meet people you don't like.

Yeah.

He and I met and I can't tell you why. We just connected immediately, very similar interests.
I was with him before, you know, all this started.

**Chris McMonigle** (3:05)
No, sure.

That's what I'm saying. Before Finalox, before... You know, he had a company called GSI Commerce that he sold to eBay for $2.4 billion before all of it. And he and I just became very good friends very, very fast. Like I said, he was at my wedding. And, you know, I was there for him early on in his kind of voyage. He was there for me, obviously, later on in mine. And we've always had this just great brotherly type relationship.
