All right, there's this amazing book called Getting Everything You Can Out Of All You've Got. I read it a few years ago and it changed my life.
And the reason I loved it was because it basically talks about how to get and make more money using things that you already have.
Coincidentally, today's podcast is brought to you by Business Made Simple. It's a podcast by Donald Miller, who I'm gonna tell you about in a second, but he has this amazing episode that's all related to this book and the things that I learned in this book. It's called How To Make Money With What You Already Have. It's an incredible episode. Talks about all the stuff that I learned in this book. The host is Donald Miller. I didn't know who Donald Miller was up until recently, but over the last 12 months, this is totally by coincidence. It was all separate people. They said, you have to check out Donald Miller. He's amazing. So I'm happy that he's part of HubSpot's podcast network. You can check it out, Business Made Simple Podcast. It's where he coaches you on how to build your business like an airplane, where the cockpit is your leadership, the body is your overhead, the right engine is your marketing, the left engine is your sales.
You have to check it out. This guy's amazing. It's called Business Made Simple with Donald Miller.

So last year, we had our highest day. Black Friday was our highest day, almost $2 million in that one day.

**Sam Parr** (1:20)
Are we ready to roll, can we roll? Bro, you gotta take that hat off though, I can't see you.

**Noah Kagan** (1:24)
All right, I was just trying to, I wanted to wear a costume of sorts.

**Sam Parr** (1:29)
Oh there, I can see you like that.
Yeah, you're good like that, I couldn't see your eyes. Do you have an ice bath?

**Noah Kagan** (1:36)
Yeah, I have a cold, have you not driven in our cold tub?

**Sam Parr** (1:38)
So is it called Cold Plunge?

**Noah Kagan** (1:40)
Yeah, the coldplunge.com.

**Sam Parr** (1:41)
I have one too. And what is your opinion of it so far?

**Noah Kagan** (1:45)
I like it, I like it. I use it about twice a week. I use it Monday morning for coffee.
It's basically my wake up thing. And then I'll use it Wednesdays after a workout. What's interesting though, there's a book I think called Endurance.

**Sam Parr** (1:55)
Yeah, I love that.

**Noah Kagan** (1:56)
And they basically said, there's a book and I think what they said was that scientifically it doesn't do anything.

**Sam Parr** (2:02)
Yes. And so that's why I have like a problem with cold plunge, which is the actual product is amazing. Like if you want to be cold, that it's a good one. It stays like 39 degrees all the time, but it doesn't, I'm almost certain that it doesn't do anything.
And some people say it impacts your brain if it does anything, but like there's still even conflicting research on that.

**Noah Kagan** (2:26)
I think the big thing that I like about it is that it makes me feel tough.

**Sam Parr** (2:29)
Yeah.

**Noah Kagan** (2:30)
It makes me feel good. It makes me feel good about myself. I'm like, Noah, you're not tough, man. You're weak. And I don't know. I don't really have that self-talk in my head, but I go into this thing and I was like, do 10 And then when I'm about to get to 10, I'm like, you could do 15
And then I just feel proud of myself.

**Sam Parr** (2:43)
How long do you sit in there for?

**Noah Kagan** (2:44)
I get out and I'm like, it varies. Maybe like a minute, two minutes.

**Sam Parr** (2:49)
Dude, I did five minutes at 39 degrees and it was incredibly painful.
That's what it said online to do. So I did it. And I was just like, I was legitimately in pain, like more pain than I've ever felt just through exercise.

**Noah Kagan** (3:04)
How'd you feel about yourself?

**Sam Parr** (3:05)
I felt tough. I felt tough. Yeah, so like I understand why it works, but I'm still looking for like peer-reviewed research that shows that it works and I've not found it. And so that's why I was asking how you thought about your Cold Plunge, because I heard you had the same one.

**SPEAKER_3** (3:20)
I got to jump in here because I'm a Cold Plunge spokesman. They're the one sponsor for my podcast. So I got to ask them for their honor here.
